You are 10 minutes away from Down Town Chilliwack and all of it's distinct amenities and from there just a short drive to all the lakes, (Cultus, Harrison, Jones and Chilliwack) rivers,(Fraser, Vedder and Chilliwack) and all the mountain recreation areas plus Harrison hot springs and Minter gardens.
