Detailed Reviews
I got this place from souslescocotier.com and it was a great choice. We had a wonderful stay.
The appartment is well equiped, spacious, and close to the commerce, beach of St Anne. The appart owner is very helpful and helped us a lot.The reception is also very helpful, they provided with a lot of travel information, and tried their best to meet our needs.
We strongly recommend.

Reception closed @ 5:00 PM every night. No security after hours and front door to resort wide open. There is no housekeeping. You bring your own rubbish all the way to the back of the resort. You mop and sweep your own floor for the whole week. Towels only face and one shower towel per person every 3 days. Towels dirty with rust marks over them. Kitchen window shade torn apart with blood and food stains all over it. Stray cats and dogs roaming the ground and get to your apartment if you leave windows or doors open.
Unit not fully air-conditioned. Only wall air-condition in the bedroom works if you put room key in the electricity box. Once outside no Air in the room. Rest of the unit at 100 F all day with no Air. Appliances were filthy and we spent a day washing and disinfecting the bathroom. Only stand alone shower 30" wide. One beach towel for all week, if you need to change you pay $3 per day for a towel.
Restaurant was closed all day except for breakfast, no where else to eat in the resort. Mosquitos and roaches are abundant in units and on the ground
Resort claims to be 3 stars, we went to other resorts on the Island "Diamond Rock and Hotel Caratin" both 3 stars, differences were amazing, night and day

Aurélie's apartment that we rented was very unpleasant. He had a completely worn out bed that made noise with a warped and very dirty mattress. The air conditioning was placed above the bed. The internet
didn't work. We had plastic mugs for lunch. In the bathroom sewer smells. The freezer was 2/3 full of ice. The toilet did not flush well. To eat inside a 50cm×30cm tablet. For tea towel 1 napkin for 11 days. The bathroom is too small. The terrace is not intimate and it is noisy because the studio overlooks a busy road.
This accommodation is not worth the price and the owner is dishonest.

Residence that has enchanted my stays in Martinique for over 10 years! Ideally located near Les Salines and the charming town of Saint Anne, the residence combines conviviality and calm thanks to the caring presence of Micheline.
