Our room for 2 adults was compact yet very comfortable with modern furnishings and in a really convenient location. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Great access to local bars and restaurants and felt very safe in this location.

The front desk has been incredibly nice and helpful and was very helpful in advice on what to do in the city. Parking is adequate. Hotel was very clean as well as the room. The breakfast was better than what I expected. Though we didn't spend too much time in the hotel, other than sleeping but it left a great impression on us! Our sheets, towels and surfaces of desk, counter and bathroom were all regularly cleaned during our stay.

Not enough words exist to describe how wonderful this hotel is. From the location (perfectly located in quiet/high end Ginza AND literally next to all train lines), to the staff (everyone is extremely friendly and was very easy to communicate), to the hotel finishes (high quality, large rooms).
My husband and I stayed in a king room for 3 nights during our stay in Tokyo. The room was large with more than enough room. In room amenities (Nespresso, bathroom accessories, etc) were great.
Location: we visited a different area around Tokyo each day and had no issues accessing any of the metro or JR lines as there are stations for both lines literally right outside your door. We preferred the Ginza area as it seems to be a quiet, less crowded part of the city to return to at the end of the day. Basically unlimited shopping and dining options within walking distance.
Highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed here on our 24hr layover. The hotel was located in a convenient location - walking distance to train station, short taxi ride to the tuna market, Tsukiji market, and Imperial palace. There were several delicious restaurants nearby! Our hotel room had several amenities - everything from a comb to PJ's. We would definitely stay here again!

Very nicely designed hotel and perfectly situated in Ginza. The rooms are beautifully designed with warm colors and queen size beds. Large bathrooms have a shower and a bathtub. The hotel lobby is on the fourth floor with a champagne lounge and a terrace overlooking Ginza. An executive lounge is situated on the 13th floor with yet another terrace and a bar. The breakfast is on the fourth floor and offers a la carte and buffet breakfast. The situation in Ginza is perfect for a walk to the Imperial Palace, Ginza shopping district and Tsukiji. A JR and several Metro stations are within 3 walking minutes.

LOVED this hotel! It was such a great way to end our holiday in Tokyo.
It is in the most gorgeous area with luxury shopping all around you and within walking distance to the Imperial Palace and most beautiful park near by.
We chose the Standard Double Room - Non-Smoking which was a standard size (more space for two suitcases would be more ideal).
It was beautifully appointed with a nice spacious bathroom offering lots of amenities and a Japanese soaking bath. It offers night wear and also a great shower.
The room itself is basic with a large desk area, TV and a small wardrobe. The room does not provide an iron or ironing board but you can call reception to order one. Even though it is basic it feels luxurious and stylish.
The view was also a great one.
The hotel has a really nice reception area which has a bar and restaurant. We got a free breakfast with our room which was really nice, where we had a buffet style breakfast but also an egg dish provided.
It is so close to shopping and restaurants and also so much sight seeing that it is an ideal place to stay. The staff were also really friendly and willing to find places for us to eat and also store our bags.
I would definitely stay here again and suggest it for others.
A perfect end to a perfect holiday!

Lovely hotel well placed for everything. The room we had with corner view of Tokyo life was amazing. 9th floor, so not the top floor but you get to see the life passing. Ours was a larger room so often just felt like sitting and looking out. The train and underground stations are all very close for various lines so getting around to most areas is easy. Hotel restaurant was excellent for both breakfast and dinner. Tokyo station for Shinkansen for intercity travel is just a 10-15 minute walk.
Given 5 stars but just to note room was quite dirty when we arrived with coke bottle under a chair and crumbs on the couch. We had arrived very early from Aus (7am) and wondered if they had rushed our clean but that said, we were still sent off and asked to come back at 2 pm so not that early. Rest of stay room was very clean so maybe just a hiccup. Also staff don’t make much contact as you come back each day and didn’t acknowledge us at we checked out. The Premier lounge for the higher priced rooms has lovely view but limited to beer and soft drinks.
But ultimately was an amazing hotel and highly recommend. Would definitely come back.

Excellent service and magnificent rooms. The location is perfect and in the heart of ginza. The double sink in the bathroom provides a nice touch as well as the separate enclosed toilet. I will stay here all the time and I’ve booked my next trip this July!

This was the first hotel we stayed at on our visit to Japan. We arrived in Tokyo very tired and arranged a massage in our room for later that evening. We ate in the restaurant and the food was lovely at a reasonable price, We were very happy with our room it was very quite we had no disturbance from train noise whatsoever but we had requested rooms away from the railway lines. The bedding was beautiful and we had no trouble sleeping . The bathrooms were also every nice. The staff were extremely helpful and the location is perfect. We enjoyed breakfast here although more French than Japanese. The hotel is lovely relaxing and classy . Highly recommended.

The hotel is conveniently locate just a few meters from Ginza and Yurakucho stations. Entrance is a bit hidden but the rooms are nice and spacious. The bathroom is spacious. May not have the ideal setting for a working space but it is nice.Well maintained and clean. The bathroom have 2 sinks and is very spacious with full set of amenities, nothing missing. Shower room is spacious , beyond a standard business hotel shower room. Subway is just downstairs and you have many dining options. The staff is very attentive like in most of Japan but the only downside is the breakfast. They prepare on spot the main and you have to wait. You have 3 options to select with a salad bar, juice, some yogurt and bread but it is not worthwhile 3,300 yen. I felt exploited, it is better you go out in the morning and have a breakfast at one of the many caffes in the neighborhood. I would stay here again but without the breakfast option.

If you were to arrive at midnight, I would recommend to take Limousine bus to Peninsula Hotel. It's easier and faster.
If not, I would recommend to take Keikyu and JR Yamanote line. (keikyu line from haneda to shinagawa, JR Yamanote line from shinagawa to Yurakucho) Connection at Shinagawa station is not too bad. Keikyu and Yamate line come and go every 3~10 min. So you don't have to worry about miss a train or two.
Enjoy
