We stayed there 22nd Oct to 1st November and found it clean and tidy , very friendly staff and a great pool area with a bar . Our boys are 13 & 14 are we felt totally safe letting them come and go . Only had breakfast once but something for everybody. What really helped was on our last day we had a midnight flight but had to check out before midday. They stored our luggage and we could enjoy last day and then used the shower suit they had to freshen up before our overnight flight.

Hotel location is very good. You just cross the road to the beach. Luckily, we got room upgrade to Premier room. The room is spacious and can see the little swimming pool when you stand at the balcony. The bed is large and comfy. Strong water pressure from shower, air con was working well. But, the room hasn’t been maintained or touched up as we found dark spot in bathroom and bathroom door looks old. (2206)For breakfast, they have a la carte and also buffet depending on occupancy,I think. Breakfast was not tasty. Bread, bakery, fried rice, chicken texture were hard.

Room was on the first Floor, and easy access to the pool, at the end of the building. Rooms are well appointed and clean. My wife and I stayed our 2 weeks at this hotel, and had a great time. Dined 1 night in the Restaurant, and had breakfast daily. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The resort is right opposite the beach and shops, markets and restaurants are all surrounding, within 15 minute walk. Able to easily organise tours through the hotel, or on line.

When we arrived at the hotel, we were given a room in the older building. The smell that came from the vents and odor from the bathroom was awful and smelled like mold. The good thing is that the manager of the hotel immediately gave us a room in the newer building, which was much better. The newer building still had mildew at the bottom of the shower, the bathroom had hair on the floor, the entrance had sand, and the tv area had dust.

The upsides were the location and the building were quiet. The other upside was that the front desk staff was responsive when needing taxis or making phone calls.

Another downside was that the breakfast area was often not cleared by staff, so tables were not available. Additionally, the coffee machines were frequently not working even though multiple people complained to the staff.

For $185 per night during peak season, this place is NOT worth it.

The room cleaning service staff was a gem! They were friendly and able to assist in our requests. Out of 10 staff that walked past us, only 1 was friendly and the other 9 pulled a long black face. The breakfast was horrible, was not able to even cook a decent scrambled egg, omelette. Just imagine, even the local Thai food was oily and inedible. Just give the breakfast a miss. Room was a plus point as it was big and spacious with a big jacuzzi. Otherwise, the whole hotel needed a huge makeover as it was looking very old and tired.

My first tip is to get out of Phuket as quick as you can and get to the islands! If you are stopping in Karon this is a nice hotel, well located and modern. Our deluxe room had a large clean bathroom with big bathtub which was a treat. The pool and pool bar are great and the small gym is serviceable. The staff’s English is not great but some staff and better than others.

Stayed here 2nd-6th January, have no complaints, perfectly acceptable for the price paid. Stayed in a pool access room which we loved, breakfast had something for all nationalities. As for the staff nor speaking much English, we'll I can't speak thai but I managed quite easily.
Would definitely stay again

Head over to the domestic airport and catch the smart bus (Blue) it runs down all the beaches around the bottom of the Island and up to Rawai beach. costs 300 Bhat each for their card including trip. Children free. if there are more than two people Taxi is cheaper. Used it many times to go between beaches for 150 Bhat
