I would say the facilities are adequate and are reflected the price we paid. So all in all we have definitely had value for money. As an example there is no hotel bar, tea and coffee making facilities in the room and there is a distinct lack of accessible electrical sockets for charging all the families gadgets.
I would highly recommend this hotel for the type of visit mentioned above whereby you are not spending hours in the hotel. I wouldn't say the hotel is a four star comparing it to the previous places I have stayed, but only down to facilities not standards.

Where to begin? The room had three twin beds, two of which were pushed together, but separately made up (both of which were very uncomfortable) and slid freely on the floors, a television the size of an iPad, a bathtub sized for a toddler and nothing to stop water from spraying all over the toilet/toilet paper during normal showering, complete with a gym-quality soap dispenser on the wall. Perhaps the common areas were more alarming. Carpets in the corridors were heavily stained and the faux marble flooring chipped throughout. Looking at photos, you may believe there to be some sort of solarium/rooftop hot tub and bar situation. There is not. We discovered the hot tub to be empty (minus a bit of standing water from precipitation, I guess), the drinks limited to a rather vintage vending machine surrounded by some equally vintage chairs, and the wooden planks on the solarium floor to be worryingly flexible underfoot. In short, it is genuinely unbelievable that this hotel would receive 4 stars on any rating system and be priced as anything other than a budget hotel. As such, the value is terrible and the extreme discord between reality and expectation is disappointing.

I'm very sorry that we couldn't fulfill your expectations. Some bathrooms have a smaller bath, only a few rooms. And we're looking at changing the carpets in the corridor. The hot tub at the toof is normally filled. from time to time we empty it to clean it thoroughly. We try to give a very good price-quality relationship. We will keep on working to have our customers satisfied!

We spent a weekend in December in this hotel. Receptionists were very nice and made us feel welcome. We asked for the room with double bed, however, all what they had on our arrival were twin rooms. But this problem was solved next morning. Rooms are small but clean. Beds are ok. Baths are children size, so if you planned to relax in hot bath, then keep in mind, that most likely you won't stretch your legs there...
When we were paying €90 per night, we were expecting to use sauna facilities and roof lounge. On the arrival we were told, that we can go to sauna at any time. next day, when we were ready - receptionist told us that we had to book it first... ok, we booked it for the next day. BUT next day we were told that it BROKE DOWN!,,, I wonder, is it there at all???
Location is ok, but not too close to the main street. You would have to walk 15-20 min to get to la Rambla.
Breakfast is average. For the money I've payed I was expecting better selection and quality of the food.
I even wouldn't notice disadvantages of the buffet, but the story with sauna disappointed me so much. Same hotels without this facility cost chipper....
I think that I would not come back there again.

Room Tip: there are 2 or 3 rooms with balcony. 301 and 303 I think. But then you will have more noise...

Good hotel, perfect location for exploring city, only 10-12 min from La Rambla street. Big clean room (3rd floor), but instead of one double bed we had three single beds!!! They said we can switch rooms but for only two nights was not worth it . Jacuzzi nice and clean, nice view for city from the top, but we didn't use it - just check if it's nice.
Helpful stuff, speaking good English.
Minus for a bar - Friday night we ask for two local beers, but they just had one!!! and almost all bottles was empty - not good. We had drinks on La Rambla later.

What a great hotel! Eight of us went, we had four bedrooms. The staff were fantastic, they were so helpful! The rooms were clean, the view from the room wasn't great but it really didn't matter. The roof of the hotel has sun loungers and a hot tub. The bed wasn't the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in but I did sleep well. The room had air con, TV and mini bar. The room and bathroom was a good size. Barcelona is a wonderful place, the hotel is in a good location, there are always taxis passing the hotel and the metro is just down the road. The tour bus is within walking distance and is definitely worth using if it is your first time to Barcelona. I want to thank the hotel for a wonderful stay! I would definitely stay there again.

Hi there is small caffe/bar next to reception with some tables outside. Room has a small fridge more like cooler - usual hotel ones and there are no coffee/tea facilities in the room. You get nice coffee for breakfast but can not make one in the room.
