We read tons of reviews before our trip, both good and bad so we had reasonable expectations. I must say, after spending a full week at Sandos Caracol and experiencing as MUCH as our time would allow….this resort is ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC for what it offers! It’s a one-of-kind! No other resort that we’ve encountered has the true eco-lifestyle of being in the jungle in a beachfront setting like Sandos Caracol does. With amazing wild animals everywhere (monkeys, peacocks, iguanas, coatis, birds, donkeys, etc), historic Mayan ruins and beautiful Cenotes all over the property, great food with many beautiful sit down restaurants...3 of which are on the beach and 2 of which are buffets, the variety between a fun and lively pool complete with games, activities and fun, a quiet pool and a large waterpark for all ages, a gorgeous beach with great snorkeling, plus absolutely amazing entertainment by the pool as well as at the terrific nightly shows all make this resort truly special! That doesn’t even include the amazing kids club, the various Cenote snorkeling/tours/biking/lessons offered for free as part of the stay, the crafts and fun activities by the pool, the bars everywhere, I could go on and on. If you really take advantage of what’s available to you, it’s very hard to be disappointed in this resort! It’s truly remarkable to be hanging out with monkeys while peacocks walk by, while you’re sipping on unlimited drinks & food and have the ability to go from snorkeling at the beach to being at a waterpark in two minutes, then eat great food at a variety of restaurants and see amazing shows every night as well as have the ability to see authentic Mayan ruins and snorkel in authentic Cenote's, all in one resort. It’s really amazing!!! If you go into it expecting a five star all luxury resort where everything is perfect, modern, serene and immaculate, you may be disappointed. It is an authentic, beautiful, family friendly resort with an incredible variety of things to do and that’s what makes it special and valuable. It’s very clean and very well maintained with great staff who are all very friendly and happy to help! We were THRILLED and can’t wait to return!

NOW, for the KEY TIPS from what we learned!!

FOOD AND DRINKS:
- I suggest doing all of the sit down restaurants before the buffets for DINNER. It’s more of a high-end experience and the food is better. Our favorites were Los Lirios, Riviera and El Templo. We never made it to Salvia or the Brazilian restaurant because of the show schedule and kid/restaurant restriction schedule.
- Portions are small at sit down restaurants so don’t be shy about ordering several items.
- You can get shots of tequila and other things as part of your meal, in addition to mixed drinks, wine and champagne (all part of the all inclusive) at both sit down restaurants and buffets.
- The soups were very good everywhere we went.
- Buffets (2-International & The Italian house) are the only option for breakfasts unless you are Select or Royal Elite, then Los Lirios is a sit down breakfast option.
- Those two buffets are the lunch options as well (according to the schedule).
- The buffets have great authentic Mexican food!
- Any buffet will provide TO GO plates for you to take so fill a plate and head to the pool or beach to enjoy your breakfast, lunch or dinner! They also will provide TO GO coffee!
- For any mixed alcoholic drinks, always ask for a DOUBLE SHOT or else it’s a waste of your time b/c the alcohol is so weak.
- COFFEE is always AVAILABLE in the lobby so head there when you wake up, if it’s before restaurants open!
- The Mexican restaurant was never open during our stay.
- If you want real alcohol (or bourbon which doesn’t exist on property), then take advantage of your airport transportation company’s offer to stop at a liquor/grocery store on the way to the resort.
- Hot dogs, hamburgers (with fixings) and chips & cheese are available daily for lunch at the main pool and the waterpark from 11:30-1:30ish.
- A specialty lunch will also be served daily with the main pool buffet; it’s noted on the daily schedules. It starts at 11:30 and is usually depleted by noonish so be sure not to delay if you want to try it.
- The waterpark always had a few different lunch buffet items, in addition to the hot dogs/hamburgers such as chicken nuggets, vegetables, chicken & rice, etc. It’s also open LATER than the main pool buffet so we would head over there if we wanted to eat closer to 2/3ish. It also has has multiple ice cream machines plus a soda machine.
- Bars are at the main pool (in pool and on the deck), the beach, the quiet Tortuga pool, in the game room and at the lobby. There is a bar at the waterpark but I never saw alcohol at it.
- I saw that the Select Club sections had their own food and bar, as did the Royal Elite sections.

THE ROOMS:
- We had one of the newer family suites with the bunk beds. We thought it was a perfectly nice room! It was clean, the floor was nice tile, and the bathroom was modern with a waterfall shower. We had a great balcony with a beautiful jungle view and would see all kinds of wildlife come right by our back door.
- We had an issue with our air conditioner, which they addressed quickly.
- We also had some sand and dirt in one bed, which made me wonder if they forgot to change the sheets on the bunk, thinking it went unused before. They brought new sheets quickly.
- The major or rooms are truly nestled in the jungle which means moisture (with the heat) so a mild mildew smell was present. I suggest bringing a candle or odor eliminator spray if it really bothers you.
- The smell definitely stays in the clothes so be prepared to wash ALL clothing items when you return home!

CHECKING IN:
- Be sure to request towel cards (1 for each family member)
- Be sure to request a restaurant and show schedule to keep handy
- Have them give clear instructions for connecting to WIFI. We struggled connecting until we went back to the lobby and they gave us the exact specs.
- Be sure to take a photo of the map to keep on your phone for when you are lost and there isn’t a sign close by (although they are everywhere)
- We were never approached for the sales tactic that I’ve read about. We checked in at a busy time so it never came up and managed to avoid them during our whole stay, despite them calling our room several times asking to meet and calling our personal phones. We just ignored it.
- Have them place your wrist band (which is your room key) opposite your main/writing hand. The wrist band is sharp and annoying so having it on a less used arm will be handy every time you apply sunblock, shower, eat, etc.!

THE POOLS: (We were not Select Club or Royal Elite so we can only speak of the two public pools and the waterpark)
- The main pool is always the most lively and fun, but also the most loud.
- They have great morning events for kids at the main pool that are free, such as like face painting, bracelet making, tattoo painting, scuba lessons for 10 and over, etc. You never quite know what it’s going to be and it’s not on any of the schedules, it’s just a nice bonus.
- Later morning activities are fun and energetic yoga at the main pool and beach.
- In the afternoon, they have super fun games for the kids and music at the main pool.
- Annie and Emilio on the pool/beach/show/dancing entertainment team are absolutely amazing!
- As mentioned above, there is always a specialty lunch served at the main pool (at 11:30 and gone quickly) in addition to the daily standards, which are hamburgers, hot dogs, chips & cheese.
- They also tear the main pool buffet down around 1:30/2 PM. The waterpark buffet stays open later than the main pool buffet.
- The waterpark is sectioned by age. A baby pool, a toddler and little kid area which is large with a lot of smaller/moderate sized slides, an area with larger waterslides for kids ages 5-10 and then the largest slides for ages 10+ to adult. On the two sections of real waterslides, they are monitored and strict about age/height limits.
- The waterpark was very clean and well maintained, the buffets were clean and staff was very friendly, which is a little different than what I read in various reviews.
- As mentioned above, the waterpark always had a few different lunch buffet items, in addition to the hot dogs/hamburgers such as chicken nuggets, vegetables, chicken & rice, etc. It always varied a bit. It’s also open LATER than the main pool buffet so we would head over there if we wanted to eat closer to 2/3ish. It also has multiple ice cream machines plus a soda machine.
- The waterpark has fun aspects…peacocks that roam, fun music, passed appetizers and great drinks (we made coke and orange soda floats with the soft serve ice cream!)
- The quieter, relaxing pool (with kids still allowed) is the Tortuga pool, which is by the waterpark. It still has a full bar and is a large pool.
- Select Club has an adult’s only pool and hot tub by the Brazilian restaurant and Royal Elite club has their own (GORGEOUS!) pool in the building where Los Lirios Steakhouse (our fav!) is. It’s worth just walking over there to see how pretty it all is!

SAFETY:
- Never once did we feel unsafe and any Sandos resort. We simply kept our belongings locked in our safe with in the room and we only had a room cleaned once during the week. Everyone was very kind and friendly and we never felt like our safety was compromised in anyway. Even going between resorts, the taxi was arranged with in the resort so it was very safe as well.

THE SHOWS:
- WOW! They are incredible and MUST SEE events!
- The Saturday night show out near the Mayan ruins with all of the fantastic Mexican food (still dreaming of the chicken and chorizo tacos with all of the fixings!) and the authentic setting is beyond incredible! The setting, talent, costumes, makeup, dancing, photo ops, all of it…really terrific!!
- There are at least two shows at the theater that KIDS can be a part of. You simply check in with the Kids Club in the main corridor during the morning of either the MONDAY DISNEY show or the THURSDAY SUPERHERO show and get the instructions for having your kids participate.
- Side note, all of the girls running the kids club are TERRIFIC!! It was always busy and well loved by kids!
- Our 3 girls participated in the Disney show and it was a HIGHLIGHT of their trip! Bonus for adults: the kids are at the kids club doing rehearsals, makeup and outfits for over half of the day so schedule your massages and adult meals during THOSE times! BOTH shows were soo great and fun!!
- The Michael Jackson show was just amazing and our fav! We never expected such a high level of entertainment with acrobatics, pyrotechnics and incredible costumes from ALL shows! It was great!!
- The shows on the beach and at the Cenotes are also so special and are truly authentic in one of a kind settings. The entertainment team does an amazing job!
- AFTER SHOW PARTY & DANCING happens each night back at the theater at the stage. There are various bands, line dancing, dancers, a huge open bar and food on various nights. We danced the night away everything all night with the amazing team and had a fantastic time! The absolute highlights of the entertainment team for us were Annie and Emilio! They lead most activities for the entertainment team at the pool, beach, theater and late night dancing. They welcomed us and made us feel at home, treated our children like family and were so warm and kind! They were easily one of the top highlights of our trip! Our kids are dying to go back to see them again! We miss them already!

THE BEACH:
- It’s rocky; water shoes are a MUST!
- Great snorkeling, though!
- Lots of vendors will roam through the area but they are nice, just say no thank you and they will move on
- The most affordable braids and massages are to the left of the resort, if walking toward the beach from the pool
- Photographers will travel through with monkeys and parrot birds for photos. You can get one photo for $10 and they will put it on your phone through Airdrop. It’s a fun souvenir.

THE DRINKING WATER:
- Bad water in Mexico is a thing of the past. The water was great everywhere, as was the ice.
- Every guest room has a large purified water jug with machine that is great, clean water.
- BE SURE to bring your own preferred insulated water bottles to refill from your room every day. They also have refilling stations at every bar.

GENERAL:
- Braids and massages are a fraction of the price just a few steps from the resort. Go out to the beach and go left, look for a hut that says MASSAGE down the beach and you will hit two massage places, one just before the hut and one at the hut. The one BEFORE the hut (in the white tent with hair braiding) does GREAT massages and 40 minutes is only $20!!
- If you want a fun outing, head down to 5th Avenue. It’s a long street with tons of fun and beautiful restaurants, shops, local artists, vendors, cafes, even stores like H&M, Sephora, Victoria’s Secret, Birkenstock, Nike, etc. and multiple Starbucks. Go to the taxi desk at the front of the resort to request the taxi to 5th Ave, to ensure safe transportation.

MONEY AND TIPPING:
- Don’t worry about getting pesos, they take American dollars everywhere and like them!
- Break your bills down to 1’s, 5’s (mostly those) and 10’s before you come for tipping.
- You can’t guarantee that change can be made easily bc they have such a mix of dollars and pesos. I was able to get change once but couldn’t the two times after that.

RESORT HOPING:
- You definitely CAN resort hop between Sandos Resorts!
- There are TWO other resorts close, Sandos Playacar (family oriented, which we went to b/c of the 4 kids in our party) and Sandos Cancun (adult oriented)
- You simply get a taxi from the taxi desk at the front lobby and for a reasonable price depending on your group size; you can go to the other resorts.
- Sandos Playacar just opened a brand new kids water park right on the beach for ages 2 to 10.
- They also have an incredible buffet compared to Sandos Caracol.
- The only NOTE is that you can ONLY eat at buffets at the other resorts but that wasn’t a bad thing at Playacar since their main buffet and pool buffets are nice with lots of variety!
- Sandos Playacar has a HUGE beach with all sand and waves and NO ROCKS so that would be a great place to visit if you prefer a beach that’s less rocky than Sandos Caracol.

Overall, we were THRILLED and couldn’t ask for more from such a wonderful, family friendly resort! We can’t WAIT to return! Thank you for everything, Sandos Caracol!!! We miss you already! 💛🙌🏻

After lots of research I chose this resort for my daughter (19) and I over her spring break and it totally exceeded my expectations! We had a basic room (building 72) but it was large, clean and comfortable and all we needed, including the always stocked minibar and towel animals. There was even a bottle of tequila, champagne and fruit plate when we arrived!

The Eco setting was amazing - we had monkeys on our balcony most mornings and there were coaties, iguanas and birds. We enjoyed walking and bike riding (they are free) among all the mangroves and tropical paths. We snorkeled in the river and the cenote - very unique. We rode the water slides a few times too. The beach area was beautiful but rocky - we had read reviews about that so we knew what to expect and brought water shoes. If you look south down the beach you will see a pyramid shaped building - about 1/2 way toward that there is a beautiful sandy area with no rocks where you could wade out and play in the waves. Maybe a 8-10 minute walk. There were always chairs available in the sun or shade all along the beach.

We ate at all the buffets as well as 3 of the Ala cart restaurants and the food was amazing at every single one - everything was fresh and delicious and lots of variety. There was never a wait to be seated or for our orders. Loved the fact that you didn't need a reservation for any of the restaurants. (We did not bother with the Japanese restaurant since you had to make a reservation and it was not a novelty to us.) There were many bars around the resort and never more than a few minutes wait for a tropical drink which were very good and not watered down. Every member of the staff we encountered were friendly and seemed to enjoy their job.

While sitting on the beach a gentleman from the spa came up and told us about a special for an hour massage, facial and body scrub - in a cabana on the beach. We were planning on getting massages anyway so we took advantage of it for an amazing price - We felt very pampered!

We never encountered any sales people about the time-share. Beware if you have any questions go to the concierge desk not the guest services - I think that was the time share desk.

The only negative was waiting over an hour to check in - there were not that many people in front of us for it to take so long - once we realized there was a bar in the corner it made it a little easier to be patient! Every question I had at the front desk though was answered with "ask the concierge." The concierge were much more helpful. The bell staff helped unload our luggage, held it for us until checked in, then brought it to our room which was up 3 flight of stairs.

There were a couple nights that local venders set up with jewelry, crafts and artwork and most accepted dollars or pesos. We took a taxi to Playa Del Carmen late one afternoon and spent several hours shopping on 5th Avenue. There were several taxi stands to get a ride back. We felt very safe there and most stores took both dollars and pesos. $8 or 160 peoso each way. The money conversion is so easy: just take of the last number of the pesos and divide in half: 100 pesos is $5, 200 is $10, 1000 is $50 and so on.

The pool areas were clean with plenty of chairs and the main one had music and activities in the afternoon. Swim up bar was fun but had mostly little kids sitting at it. There is a bar on the other side of it that is steps from the beach and another bar on the beach to the right. The grounds were very clean and although the resort was large it was never more than a few minutes walk to everything. We appreciated the walking after all the tropical drinks and delicious food!

Although there is no need to tip at an all inclusive I did tip the housekeeper daily as well as the waiters and bartenders if I had money with me - just 40-50 pesos. Not much for me but nice for them (I had read that the daily wage is around $10/day). I am very blessed to be able to afford a vacation like this so wanted to let them know I appreciate their work and friendliness.

We booked through Cheapcaribbean.com - everything was seemless from choosing our flight to the pick up at the airport, arranging for transport back and helping us arrange excursions. They work with Amstar and they have a desk behind the Sports Bar - Carlos was very helpful.

I only wish we could have stayed longer!

I just came back from my trip November 4 - 9. It was myself my husband and son (7 yo).

Lobby: check in seemed quick but I was never told my room number so I could not book anything while waiting for my room. When I went up to check on the status they acted very annoyed that I was not given this information and still didn't give it to me. Make sure to ask for a paper map at check in it really helps navigate this place. Avoid going to guest services it is just to push for a sales pitch. Instead all questions go to the concierge they can help with most issues.

The app: the app for booking anything did not work for me 90% of the time I had to book reservations with the concierge and come back around 3 / 4 to see if I had them, this was very annoying but I did get the reservations. And you have go to to the sports bar to make reservations for Brazilian or Japanese even if the app is working... this needs to be better.

The room: the room was nice and clean a bit smaller then expected and the balcony was very small. I was in building 18 the view was of woods and swamp bit it was a great area to see the monkeys in the morning. The bath room was big and clean. Room services cleaned every day. We ordered room service food 2 times . Both were fast and the food was really good. Issues with the room our safe had low battery and our fridge was not plugged in and a open soda was left in there. All issues were fixed with in 15 minutes.

Pools: We mainly stayed at the main pool and water park. And loved both. The slides were fun for all and kept up with we went Here atleast once a day and it was the closest to our room. The main pool is a bit small and I think it could do with out the dividers and just make it one large pool. Tons of seating and the energy of the entertainment crew was great. We spend most of our time here and it was fun and relaxing.

Kids club : my son insisted on going every day, you can drop of your kids for 2 hours every day for free. He loved it just wished he had a game room. But they keep them entertained and usually have a night time activity for them.

Entertainment: As I said before the entertainment crew did great during the day at the pool. Most of them also did the night times shows we went to most of them and loved watching them you can tell they really work hard on them and it was fun to watch.

Grounds: we loved exploring the grounds. It was really easy to get lost here with out a map. As the trails are winding . We checked out the ruins ... that really need attention they are in the woods and really need to restoration and wild life to be clean up. And maybe a sign with what they thought it was. The cenote s look beautiful... I couldn't go swimming in it and that is on me I was not a fan of the moss and couldn't talk myself into getting in. We did not do the jade river but it looked fun or the boat ride. The beach was very rocky its not really swimmable but it is a good spot if you just want to lay out.

Food : The food is ok. You will not go hungry it wasn't bad it wasn't great. The alarm carts were definitely better then buffets so if you can make reservations I highly recommend to do them. We did Brazilian, los liros, Italian, Japanese. They were all good surprisingly the Italian had the best steak. One complaint the taco stand had really weird hours and we were never able to ger it . It usually opens around 3 / 4 and at that till about 7 / 8 I really wished is was open lunch hours.

Drinks : they are very watered down I am not a big drinker but the amount I did drink I should have been wasted and didn't even get a buzz. The water bottle in the room didn't sit well with me ... it did not taste great and I suspect it is fill in the bathroom with tap water. I am a huge water drinker but mostly avoided it for my stay.

Extras : The shop is very expensive try to not forget a box of feminine products that would be $5 was $15 ear drops were $22. I got my hair braided near the main pool it was $39 for 2 french braids. I should have gone of the beach it would have cost less. Highly recommend getting a massage from Laura and Ange on the beach $45 for 1 hour and worth every penny.

Pros : We LOVED the wild life monkeys / coati / cats / turtles/ raccoons are all very used to people and friendly.. I would recommend it I even saw some one petting a coati.

Last the cons : the pool towels they are very protective over the towels. It's $50 If you loose one . One of ours was accidentally taken by another guest and we had to fill out a report to get another card. The towels are not worth $50 I don't know who would be taking them. My husband was approached by some one the was in the bushes on the beach and asked if he wanted dr**$. ... we also heard of it happen to another guest . So just be aware.

We arrived at night and were very surprised to see so much light starting from the gates to the lobby as the other hotels where the bus had made a stop were really too dark to see anything, even the roads...we heard the music playing as the disco was right beside the lobby and got us in the mood. We thought we were going to have a great time here, which we did but were a bit dissapointed about several things:

1. The shuttle service into Playa del Carmen is no longer operable. You pay $100 one way in a taxi (try to wait for another couple so you save money). The taxi tariffs are fixed as long as you know how much they should be charging-on the way back you wont have trouble finding a taxi-they are usually near 5th Avenue, parking at the corners.
2. There was construction in the hotel, which we knew nothing about before we left Canada.
3. My friend tripped and fell barefoot going down the Cenote stairs-I surely hope they put a rubber runner very soon.
4. The voltage of the bulbs in the rooms was so low that we couldnt really read at night.
5. Food was ok; in some instances the cooks didnt make sure that the food was condimented properly-we really enjoyed the Brazilian restaurant.
6. We didnt like chasing after the Sunwing rep. to check if he had followed our requests.
7. Trips were expensive so based on other peoples' experiances, we rented a car-there arent many small cars that are automatic.
8. The Sunwing rep warned us against renting a car as Mexicans drive like maniacs...this is not true-they drive better than some people I know and he olnly told us so we buy their tours which we declined.
9. We knew right away about their time sharing tactics but wanted the reward of 2 massages so we went for it! it took us 90 minutes including breakfast.
10. You will find it very strange that on your way back to the property, the taxi takes this long route to the Hacienda hotel and then turns around the same way he came and turns again towards the Sandos-I was told that the Sandos pays a fee to the Hacienda for using their road as the road that they started to build directly from the gate is running into some "ecological" problems, whatever they are-this sounds very silly to me!

A few words of advise:

Do not change money in the hotel-Playa del Carmen offers much better rates.
If you want to save on souvernirs, try to walk a bit farther than the 5th Avenue and you will find great stuff for cheap. This also goes for grabbing a bite! Walmart and other stores offer goods for much cheaper than 5th Ave and other stores too. Beware of the exchange that the stores are giving you for your purchases-for example, when the US dollar was $11.65, the rate that the store was going by was $12.65!!! better to pay in $$$$ (usually you are going to see prices in both pesos and $$)

Avoid buying anything at the airport-they are making a fortune on turists!
The only thing I found cheaper on my vacation was: cigarettes, some alcohol and gas for the car!
The guys that sell jewlry on the beach are ok-all they are selling is real silver but haggle a lot with them! The jewlry store in the hotel is not bad, on the other hand the guys that sell in the resort during the Mexican fair are very expensive!!.

On the other hand: the entertainment at night was fenomenal-
1. the dancers in the shows are all professionals and work outside of the resort.
2. Everybody was greeting us and other guests when crossing each other.
3. In my opinion, the waiters did a great job.
4. The beach was fantastic and the food and drinks at the beach were too
5. The internet is free for VIP members (we got upgraded for free when we told them that we were really dissapointed about the construction, shuttle not working, etc etc, so dont be afraid to ask for an upgrade.) and it is at the beach house. VIP membership also allows you to use their section on the beach with nice double beds, you can make reservations each day of your stay to the restaurants you want (non VIP are only allowed 3) and you get room service at no charge. Other than that you can also use the Select Club pool but I really didnt care about that.
6. The cenote pond was so refreshing!!!!!
7. The spa massage was great (got a free massage from the time sharing people)-the water in the pool is cold and the jaccuzzi is not very hot, but the huge jets in the cold pool are so powerfull that they will make your stiff muscles like playdough!!
8. I didnt feel the bed mattress were too hard nor that the pillows were too stuffed. I slept like a baby!

I will definately try a different hotel next time around.
Feel free to ask me anything you want.

The service at the Resort is Top notched, Darren is #1 One at the Resort to aid you in your stay! Resort was beautiful and well laid out, huge so if walking is a problem might not be for you. But all you have to do is asked for help and a golf cart will be there to help you in your moves around the resort! Now the room we got from Darren was huge with a large sunked bath tube with a jacuzzi and a larger shower area too! Water was always hot for us! 2 sinks and huge mirror. Large King bed (very comfortable ) with ceiling fan above the bed. Frige was always stockd well too every other day! 24 hr food service was located a few steps from the lobby area. There was enough bar areas spread throughout the resort. Every day was a new good drink special at the bars. The main pool at the beach was always jumping but if you want a more slow moving pool go to the select adult only pool just down from the beach or the large 1 located in the North end of resort and it has a small pool for the kids too, all have bars too! The Spa is very nice as we had a full body massage that was excellent and relaxing. The Spa has 2 jaccuzzis and large pool for moving around that has chairs to lay down on in the water. The buffets was all great and tasty there are 3 buffets and 3 specialty ones. The Mexican was excellent -the Itatian was excellent the Oriental was excellent and I loved the sake! At the steak place wasn't real happy with the 1s we received a littl e tuff at spots to chew on but tasted good what I could chew. All the services at the buffets and specialty was EXCELLENT, Oscar in the Oriental was the best------! The beach was beautiful and excellent for snorkling and at spots for a swim! There is some rocks at spots never a problem for us, so if you got tender feet bring along water shoes! The landscaping is beautiful and well kept never saw trash anywhere on the ground. They have a few stores to shop in but the free bus ride to 5th ave. is 1 of the best with over a mile of shops of all kinds and never pay what 1st ask for. I got a great deal on a ring of silver and a large topaz.Ecellent------------ The town was beautiful and the beach in town was too! There is a new kiddie park just added in January great with slides etc.. The shows were decent but the Michael (Levi ) Jackson tribute was 1 of the best singing and dancing I have ever saw. 310 performance. I also like the free movies 1s run shown daily at the sport's arena. Been to many Resorts this is 1 of the best I have been too!! Thank's again Darren------------ There were also 3 wedding's performed here in the week I was there! selet clubs was nice and threw a lot of perks for you!

Dear Mindyd06, thank you so much for contacting us and for the preference to our hotel as your vacational destination. All of our shows are at 8:30pm, except fridays that are at 8pm (the schedule is not dependent on the weather). For dinner time you will have the option to enjoy the two main buffets restaurants either international that offers a gastronomic theme every night or the mexican buffet, but also you will be able to enjoy the 6 a la carte restaurants working without any reservation, except the teppanyaki one. The dress code for the restaurants is casual. For the information about the couples massage and the steamer please provide us your email address through direct message to send you the list of prices of the spa and laundry services. In case you need more information or assistance do not hesitate to contact us back again. Regards,
