We had an awesome time with Manuel on a private tour of Chichen Itza and Il Kil cenote! Manuel made a long drive fun with friendly conversation. We got to know him and the local area, learned very interesting facts about the ruins and had a blast swimming in the most beautiful cenote I've ever seen! Manuel also took us to a local family owned restaurant La Tia Panchita for an authentic Mexican feast for lunch. This was amazing and a must on our next trip! We've never had such delicious food!!! The next day we headed to Playa Del Carmen for the jungle buggy tour. We had two very fun tour guides, a local and a guy from Belgium who I can't remember their names, but they were a ton of fun! We drove a couple hours through the Mayan jungle with huge beautiful, lush trees and gorgeous blue butterflies whipping beside us. We stopped at a private cenote for a swim and did a Mayan gratitude ceremony. We finished up our ride through a small village and had the chance to meet some locals. They made us a phenomenal lunch of empanadas and watermelon punch. Also had the opportunity to purchase some groceries from their local store and share with the residents. They were beyond grateful, as were we for a humbling experience. Fun, exciting adventures and we even learned a few things about the beautiful cities we visited. Highly recommend these tours!

Searched alot for good price and found vip riviera best price ever cars all ac i was really worried but as soon as we arrived they were there waiting i followed exactly wht they sent to my email. Reps were amazing at pickup was Angel thx angel your so sweet and at drop off back got to meet Jesus such nice employees love there job took our bag till check in.They picked us from hotel 7 mins early then we planned they were there right on time which i respect came with a luxury car more then wht we payed for. Great service honestly you guys deserve the best for the best customer service i’ve ever seen.

This is the 2nd year in Mexico that we have used the VIP Riviera Maya for our excursions. This company is amazing!! They offer a truly personalised experience. Firstly Dan is exceptionally responsive to any communication and always guides you through the process of booking any excursion. There prices are very reasonable! Trips we have booked are: Crocun Zoo Monkey sanctuary Whale sharks x2 Xcaret Most recently we have just returned from our trip to Xcaret, the day started with being picked up at our resort at 9am by our driver 'Cesar' he was exceptionally friendly with high energy. Which really helped to build the excitement of the day. Cesar spent the entirety of the journey providing information on the local area, from wildlife to the history of the area this made the 30min journey seem like 3mins! Upon arrival at the venue, Cesar accompanied us to the checking desk to ensure we didn't have any issues with access, he then provided us with his number so that if we wanted to be picked up earlier we could. When we where ready to leave the destination we sent a message to Cesar who then sent us a message to let us know he was outside. We were greeted with ice cold waters and beer for our return journey. We could not of asked for anymore from both Dan & Cesar, a truly special experience. Thank you VIP Riviera Maya

The yacht was incredible. We absolutely loved driving out to sea and seeing all the vibrant colors. The crewman were great and attentive. They made sure we had everything we needed. We ended up parking at Playa Norte and spent the majority of our time there because of how great it was. Thank you for the great experience! We will definitely be coming back! -Eve

the way the history of Chichen Itza was explained by our tour guide Manuel with passion, enthusiasm was appreciated, and he was extremely knowledgeable. He knew exactly what time to arrive to beat the heat and crowds. He kept us in the shade as much as possible and made sure we wore our sunscreen, hats and sunglasses. He was truly looking out for our best interest. The cenote was beautiful and we did not feel rushed. The Mayan lunch was very tasty and he was even able to explain the process of how the food was prepared. Manuel even explained some of the history of Cancun on the way there. I would do a tour with VIP Riviera Maya again in a heart beat.

We traveled to the TRS Yucatan with VIP Riviera Maya. Everything was fantastic. We traveled in style in a Lincoln Navigator. It was spotless and so comfortable. The drivers were both very nice. We had cold beverages for our trip to the resort. We highly recommend Dan Palka. He does the extra little things that make your trip so special.

We went through VIP Riviera Maya for a private tour of Chichen Itza, Ek Balam, and a cenote back in May of 2023. We were picked up perfectly on time, and our guide, Vincent, was top notch. We learned so much from him! This was one of the neatest experiences I’ve ever had. Incredible day. ….!….so naturally, when we came back to Mexico in September 2023, for another family wedding, we didn’t look any further than VIP to take us on a private tour to the Tulum Ruins. We were picked up on time, served cold waters, and driven to Tulum. Caesar was our driver (fantastic guy by the way), and once again we were greeted by our pal Vincent! We learned a great deal about the history of Tulum from him. Timing was perfect because it was fairly dead when we arrived, and when leaving, we walked pass probably 600+ people making their way in. Caesar and Vincent took us for *delicious* food afterwards (at El Taco Maya), which was an awesome stop. Caesar surprised us with the best churros I’ve ever had in my life afterwards. These guys know how to do it. Professional yet funny, kind, educational, and really just a joy to spend time with. I can only hope to see their smiling faces again! Thank you for two tours that I’ll remember for the rest of my life. You guys rock. 10/10 highly recommend. If I find myself in Mexico again and want to go on an excursion, I know who I’ll be going through :)

We used VIP Riviera Maya for our round trip airport transfers to Playa Del Carmen, and also a private cenotes tour. Cesar and Vincent were so informative and fun. Juan drove us to the airport for our departure flight, and he was great to talk to, kind and timely. He also spoke highly of the owner, so we were very happy we chose them to give our business to!

We booked our airport transfers and a trip to Chichén Itzá with these guys & had a fantastic experience with everything! Airport transport was spot on. The day trip was incredible! Totally worth the 5:30am get up, the guys ensure you arrive at opening & before all the mainstream tours so it’s quiet and thoroughly enjoyable! Our guide Vicente was so knowledgeable & was telling us stories & the Mayan history on the way to Chichén Itzá not just when we arrived. The cenotes we where taken to where amazing and we could decide as a group how long we wanted to stay at each area. The tour included lunch as well at a lovely restaurant which felt very authentic & not your usual tourist venue. I wouldn’t hesitate to use the company again! Thanks Dan, Vicente & Cesar!
