It was a fun trip and we learned so much about Amsterdam while cruising and sipping on the nice rose. They have umbrellas so it was not too sunny but mostly we were in the shade of the trees and buildings around.

Great canal tour for a decent price. The crew were lovely and very professional. Wouldn't bother with drinks, didn't have great selection.

Lovely evening boat trip, nice informative guides and lovely 1 hour cruise which gave us a good feel for the city and its history.

Really happy with this experience. The guide was super friendly and knowledgeable. It lasted around an hour maybe slightly longer and was well worth the money

So the girl running the Captian Jacks tour beside us was hustling and I wish I’d have booked that one. My bad that I didn’t clue in onboard bar didn’t means includes the drink but they were very reasonable at $5eu each . The tour itself was ok (female) …I think we got off to a bad start because the old man driving the boat went over to a group of young girls and invited them in the boat at exactly 9pm. The rest of us just stood there and he didn’t acknowledge any of us! The captain jacks girl came back over and explained the rest of us could board. Gee. Thanks captain. We all paid but the older of us might have been inclined to tip..nobody did. And certainly not the nice young girls from Ireland who got primo sitting.

Had to go on a canal tour for me and my friends first time in amsterdam. The charter captain was named felix and was incredibly friendly, informative and polite, aswell as our other tour guide on the boat. The tour was incredibly nice and showed great parts of amsterdam with context behind certain locations.

Our guide was very funny and told us many stories and curiosities about the city, it was nice hearing those from a local. It was a pleasant experience!

The tour guide and boat captain insisted on reprimanding our group to keep quiet throughout the tour, they weren’t even speaking or giving any information about the surrounds

Absolute must! This is a stunning tour with great guides! Nino was really funny and answered all of our questions. If you can, try going during sunset. The views were breathtakingly beautiful.

The guide was really funny and the view was amazing 🤩 they made cocktails on the boat and told us a lot of unusual stories. Loved it 😊

We went on a flagship cruise which was included in a deal to visit the Heineken museum. The canal tour was first class and the guides Sanne & Jules were very interesting and informative. We would never have learned the history and culture if not for the talented guides. Thank you so much!

One hour cruise was excellent. We left at 9:15 and even when we came back an hour later, it still wasn’t really dark. But there were lights on the canal bridges and other buildings. Live guide was knowledgeable and entertaining. Something for guests to consider is “ find the location” dock well before loading time. Also we picked a restaurant we thought was close to the dock and we were way off. GPS went nuts trying to get us to the Canal Cruise Dock. Find the location, then pick a restaurant. Also if you want to call an UBER— cars can’t come to the dock, so we had to walk to Barbizon Hotel where our driver could pick us up. So an Uber can’t deliver you directly to the Canal Cruise or pick you up there either. Many venues in Amsterdam are like this which is good to know if you have limited mobility. Plenty of alcohol for purchase

Nice boat tour on the canals. Friendly staff. The guide was friendly and funny, and has s lot of facts and histories he told during the trip.

Great staff, easily found the landing point. The staff were amazing, friendly, informative and great fun. I would definitely recommend.

The captain from our boat is so funny. He makes everybody laughing. He is a good guy. The bartender is so cute. He is trying to share all the knowledges & he is active
