We booked this activity online prior to our visit? we had a car emergency, so we went to the pursuit counter in elks hotel. We were helped by a young lady, Claudia who wasn’t friendly and helpful at all, we left like she treated us like fairly. She was just rude and not friendly at all, she gave us all wrong information: we wanted to walk away, but then we realized that this is the only company which sells tickets to a few activities here, so we were left at her mercy. She also sold us some addl packages but later we realized that she could have given us discounts as a bundle. One of her colleagues said from the background, but she told her shh she was handling it. We realized this only when we reached the gandola, that we were treated this way. We spoke to the manager Gandi, who made is right for us, he went above and beyond to fix it and only because of him I am rating it 4 stars. They should have people like her working on the front end dealing with customers, who are naive and want to get information.
