- Hussain BEast Brunswick, NJ7 contributionsgood experience, but bad conduct of a specific employee who left a bad taste of the whole experienceWe booked this activity online prior to our visit? we had a car emergency, so we went to the pursuit counter in elks hotel. We were helped by a young lady, Claudia who wasn’t friendly and helpful at all, we left like she treated us like fairly. She was just rude and not friendly at all, she gave us all wrong information: we wanted to walk away, but then we realized that this is the only company which sells tickets to a few activities here, so we were left at her mercy. She also sold us some addl packages but later we realized that she could have given us discounts as a bundle. One of her colleagues said from the background, but she told her shh she was handling it. We realized this only when we reached the gandola, that we were treated this way. We spoke to the manager Gandi, who made is right for us, he went above and beyond to fix it and only because of him I am rating it 4 stars. We could not have asked for a better guide. She was knowledgeable and friendly and kept us on track the whole time. - Sarah FSudbury, UK20 contributionsDid the whale watching experience today approx 3 hrs on the boat, we saw 5 humpback whales which was awesome, sadly no killer whales but did see seals and a bald eagle. The boat was spacious, ride not to choppy. Good commentary from Miranda sharing her knowledge of these amazing creatures. I recently took a tour to the glacier, and it was an incredible experience, thanks largely to our driver. He not only drove us safely but also shared the fascinating history of the area along the way. His engaging storytelling kept us entertained throughout the journey. Tyler created a relaxed and fun atmosphere for the 11 participants in our group. He was funny and informative while keeping us on schedule. My husband and I were both able to relax and enjoy beautiful lakes and the day while Tyler did the driving and provided us with information about the area and kept us entertained during the drive. He was also a great photographer for everyone! As a bonus, we were lucky enough to see a bear on the way back! - h3m4l9 contributionsWonderful tour hosted by our guide Kyle. He made the entire tour pleasent, funny, memorable and put everyone at ease. Land,Sea Tours bus was clean and safe to travel. The tour itself was wonderful with Kyle's vast knowledge of Vancouvers history.
The only downside was we felt rushed when visiting Capilano Suspension bridge..which was only 1 hour and 30 mins visit. 2hours and 30mins would have been a better more comfortable visit.

- Abhishek M7 contributionsThis tour was very interesting, especially for a family. Our tour guide, Kelly, told us meaningful information, like the stories of the land. We learned lots about bears from her and how to defend ourselves if we are near one which was very fun to hear about. Kelly was also very accommodating by offering us cold water bottles. She showed us different types of antlers as well. During the bus rides, we were allowed to quickly stop and take photos of wildlife.
