    Nice, but long
We saw some neat things. The tour guide did a nice job in many areas, but went long in certain areas. She also needs to learn more about tesla if she is going to talk about him. We loved the tunnels, and the view from the tower.

    Too Long
The positives of this tour were that you were able to skip the line at the boat cruise and the Journey behind the Falls. The downside is that the tour was too long and seemed to include a lot of filler. If I would do it again, I would just arrive early (8 am) at the boat cruise, which would essentially eliminate the line and then go immediately to the Journey behind the falls. You can easily buy your own tickets.

    Informative and interesting!
This was a last minute decision while visiting the Falls with family up from the U.S. We were a mix of seniors, middle agers, teenagers and a toddler! I had heard good things about it and we were not disappointed. We booked tickets online while we walked over from the Falls. The tour is self-directed. They give you an IPOD sized device to scan at different locations to listen to very interesting facts about this place and its history. We all loved it. Fascinating! And what a different view from the bottom of the falls. Be advised it is probably a 10 min walk from the elevator thru the tunnel to the Falls. The whole museum/tunnel tour probably took us 1.5 hrs but you could easily make it shorter or longer. I would love to do this tour at night when everything including the tunnel is lit up! Everyone talked about this for days after. We were impressed. Enjoy!

Very informative and first on the boat!
Loved our tour guide Deanna! She gave us lots of great information. Also we were first on the boat to the falls, definitely a perk.

    Great value, engaging tour
Fantastic tour! Really good value as you get the Skylon tower, power station (and tunnel/viewpoint) and an expert guide all included. The power station was really fascinating and you can linger as long as you want after the tour ends. Our guide Nancy was so friendly, knowledgable and easy to talk to. She really made sure we had a good time. Highly recommended!

Do The Tunnel instead of Journey Behind the Falls!
The Power Station tour was part of our Niagara Park Pass. It was very interesting to see this large power station and have the listening device to narrate as we toured so we didn't have to read all the signs. We then proceeded to the tunnel. Although it is a half mile walk down the tunnel, the view and roar of the falls from this vantage point are worth it! Wish the elevator operator would have mentioned that there were additional spots to activate the listening device for further narration as you were walking, as we didn't realize until almost there so we listened on the way back.

    Tunnel is amazing!
Power station is interesting if you're into this mechanical stuff. Best part is the tunnel under the falls! A little bit of a walk but an awesome experience.

    Amazing!
We took a guided tour. Must book online beforehand. Our tour guide James was super informative. There is so much to look at and they really have everything laid out nicely. The tunnel is amazing but I recommend you wear good shoes as there is a lot of walking. But worth it when you emerge at the end. Pictures do not do it justice.

    Well worth It
Being first of the day, no line, was WAY worth it! Great tour guide! Behind the Falls not really worth it, in my opinion. Other than standing on the platform next to the falls getting wet, there’s really nothing else. No longer a true behind the falls experience. The old ‘walk behind the falls among the boulders “ was closed due to erosion. ‘Just sayin’….

Try to see it Twice - Daytime and Nighttime
We visited at night, which was cool, but I think I would have liked to also visit during the day. The light show they do at night is very cool, the kids really enjoyed it and so did we. It's about 35 minutes or so and plays in a loop. The downside to it is that the upstairs area, which is the museum, is dark for the light show, so you can't really look at all the things you typically would be able to look at and/or learn about. The Tunnel - it's long! It's very neat, and there are interesting facts to read along the way. When we bought our tickets, we booked at night so we could watch the fireworks from the viewing platform... it was recommended by the parks attendant. Maybe you can watch the fireworks at times, but definitely not when we were there! When we were there, the mist from the falls was so strong that we could barely stay on the platform for more than 5 minutes. We were soaked! They do give you a poncho, thankfully! It's a pretty cold walk back through the tunnel when you're wet. We didn't complain, though, because it was June and over 90 degrees F outside, so the upstairs was miserablely hot!! I would go again, but would like to see it during the day, maybe in the fall, when it's cooler!

    Disappointed
The morning we went it was raining and we were delayed because of rain..Then we went down on the ramp and stood there in heavy pouring rain .When we got on boat rain was heavier and no visibility.Should have been offered another ride.1hour later weather was great.Dissapointing not to get another opportunity

WOW to the tunnel and museum!!!
Wow to this attraction, very interesting tour, Dianne is great, she came prepare to tell all about the war of the currents, Tesla’s life and the people who attempted to go over Niagara Falls in barrels. This is a walking tour that starts at the Skylon tower where you get a bit of the falls background for both USA and Canadian falls. We walked thru different interesting places/ buildings. It is a nice walk thru the park. It ends up at the power station museum and tunnel newer attraction. The museum is beautiful and interesting. The tunnel is wow. Make sure to bring a jacket, the temperature down in the tunnel is 60 F. There are ponchos available when you exit to the observatory platform. My whole family loved this tour.

Exploring the Falls with a guide who made everything go smoothly.
The guide was personable and knowledgeable. He made sure to include facts that would interest all age groups. The tour allowed for speedy gate access leaving more time to experience the Falls.

    Beautiful and Informative
I absolutely loved this experience. Being first on the boat gets you the best vantage points, and the guide suggests the best options. The walking tour on the way to Journey behind the falls was incredibly informative. Be forewarned that it’s a decently long walk, so wear comfortable shoes. Our guide was Rick, and he was great. He took pictures of everyone so we didn’t have to pay the ridiculous prices for green screen pictures.

Take This Tour During Good Weather
Deanna, our tour guide, was well-prepared with her facts and pictures to help illustrate her presentation & tour. Since this is a walking tour, our tour guide was very considerate & orchestrated many stops along the way to rest. I recommend this tour if it is good weather & you are able to walk for three hours. Ask for Deanna.😜

Canadian tour billed in US dollars. 234.38 became 330.59 Canadian. Didn’t get to go behind the falls as a pipe had broken. Assured we would receive a $50 credit. Nothing. Company out of Berlin. Tour was fine. It was the first time for our guide.

Navigating the waters and the strength of the Falls was awesome. Then walking along the path towards the "Behind the Falls Journey" was very educational and finally getting int o the Tunnel to see and feel the strengths of the falling waters was great. Our tour guy di an excellent job taking care of us and explaining things in details, also attending to particular questions of the group.

Boat tour is a must—Canada or USA side you get to see both falls. Stand near edge on the boat—so you can see and wearing goggles would have been helpful. Our tour guide very informative and helped us tremendously with helpful tips walking to the boat tour. We go to skip some long lines on several occasions, including the line for pictures. I would use walk tours again.

You can’t go to Niagara and not take a boat tour and the Niagara Falls Tour with Boat Ride & Journey Behind the Falls is a good one. This was, by far, was one of the highlights of our mother-daughter trip. The tour is very organized, and our guide, Wendy, was very personable and informative. It rained and, of course, that placed some damper on the trip and I believe the information could have been shortened so we were not in the elements – I also believe there should be more information on the length of the walking tour- we traveled 1.3 mi. and as a senior with some mobility issues this was a challenge – but I did it. I enjoyed the behind the Falls component as well.
The trip does provide an opportunity to skip most lines, and that’s a real benefit -although there is some wait time involved.
Excellent photo ops- beautiful views. Ate lunch at the tunnel – found it pricey – didn’t realize we could have taken a WeGo bus back but the Uber found us

In all, even with the minor issues, I would highly recommend/

This was a great tour! Our guide, Bill, was just terrific...knowledgeable, friendly, energetic...just made it really fun. It is a walking tour and it's important to note that because I think a few people who'd signed up (including one absolutely amazing woman who was north of 85) didn't realize how much walking would be involved but it worked out just fine and Bill was very careful to make sure that everyone was doing OK.

Fantastic tour with Rick. He was very informative and loved the photos he shared with us. Lots of interesting stories about the many attempts over the falls - successful and unsuccessful. Very enjoyable tour. My only suggestion would be perhaps meeting outside the Travelodge rather than Bird Kingdom. This gives access to washrooms / hot/cold drinks etc. Also closest point to pedestrian road crossing.
