          Cordoba private tour
Our guide, was simply excellent, met us exactly on time, discussed with us where we were going to go, worked out the best route so that we could maximise everything that we could see within the three hours that we were able to spend in his company. Having a personal guide my wife and I always feel to be a very valuable investment, were able to stop and ask questions and he could gauge our specific interests. Would thoroughly recommend the experience and our particular guide was simply superb

Unprofessional Driver, Confused Company & More!
During a recent trip to Luxembourg I hired Tour Travel & More to provide a professional driver and car for a customized day trip from Luxembourg City to visit the Mardassdon Memorial, Liège, Belgium; and Maastricht, Netherlands. We never made it out of Bastogne as the driver’s behavior and the company’s response mandated that we return to Luxembourg. On the positive side the driver arrived on time and was ready at the scheduled time of 8:45 AM. but from there it was downhill… We drove to our first stop at the Mardasson Memorial in Belgium, apprx 50 minutes from the hotel. I told the driver we would be 15 minutes as indicated on the prepared itinerary. However, after dropping us off the driver left the parking lot even though from the itinerary it was clear we expected to arrive in Leige by 11:00 AM, which was a 50-55 minute drive from the first stop. After being dropped off my daughter and I walked around the Memorial, took a few pictures and returned to the parking lot to find that the driver was GONE! Yep. He had left even though it was only a 15 minute stop. To make matters worse he did not provide his number. Since I told him it would be 15 minutes as provided in the schedule I did not think to ask for it since I figured he would just stay in the drop off area of the parking lot. After waiting a few minutes and walking around the parking lot at the Memorial to try and find him I called the company. The company did pick up right away, but this is where it got really interesting…. The company told me the driver’s name was “Daniel” and gave me his number. So I called him. Daniel was at first very confused and didn’t know who I was. He then informed me that he "gave the job to his friend" so I asked Daniel to call his friend, find out where he is and tell him to come back and get us. I then called the company back to get the name and number of the actual driver who was in charge of our safety and security for the day. The company had no idea who was driving us but promised to “find out” and call back. So, we were given a driver, but the company did not know who it was? Very comforting in a foreign country when traveling with your teenage daughter! I guess the company did not read its own advertising to promise to provide a “Professional” driver with “Guardian Service”. Who knows where the driver went? We never found out… I then called Daniel back to again ask him to find his “friend” and text me his number. During this call the company was also calling me back as they had found out who the driver was. Daniel then changed his story and told me that “his boss gave the job to a new driver that morning” and the actual driver’s name was “Felipe” While Felipe was out doing who knows what and we were walking around the parking lot, my daughter shared with me that Felipe’s driving made her very uncomfortable. I had nodded off during the drive to the Memorial and was unaware of his driving. At some point either Daniel or the company got in contact with Felipe as he finally texted me approximately 40 minutes after leaving us to tell me he was on his way back! (Well thanks Felipe!). Felipe returned a few minutes later about 50 minutes after he dropped us off without a means to contact him. At that point, between the company not knowing who the driver was, the changing story from Daniel, Felipe’s lack of familiarity with the day’s schedule, his leaving us without giving us his number, his failure to stay the 15 minutes as instructed and my daughter’s concern about his driving I decided to cancel the trip upon Felipe’s arrival and return to the hotel. Basically, at that point I did not trust the driver or the company. Then, on the way back to the hotel Felipe seemed to think he was on the Autobahn in Germany rather than in Belgium since he was driving 140 KPH (apprx 90 MPH), 20 KPH over the legal maximum speed limit of 120 KPH. Thankfully we made it back to the hotel without further incident, but I then understood when my daughter felt uncomfortable with his driving on the first leg of our drive. I emailed the company to ask for a refund for the unused 9 ½ hours and indicated I was willing to pay for the 2 ½ (harrowing) hours we did spend with Felipe. Of course, they refused and offered a new excuse that “Daniel was sick” and promised to “look into” Felipe’s speeding this despite that I provided iPhone photos of Felipe’s car’s speedometer where the iPhone clearly showed us in Belgium, and pointing out that if they are going to make excuses for not knowing who their driver is, they should get their stories straight. So, rather than accept responsibility for their driver’s unprofessional service and their poor process and safeguards, they denied the requested partial refund. I guess this is how they do business! I have booked many trips with DayTrip, another service in Europe for customized day tours, but unfortunately this time they could not accommodate us. Next time, if they can’t accommodate my request we will just stay put. Life is too short to risk it with Tour Travel & More.

          Great trip.
My wife and I have been to Montserrat before but a new experience for my children and grandchildren. This was the best tour we have had. The driver and guide were excellent. When I come back, you will be the first call I make. We'll done.

Amazing tour of a special place
Robert picked us up in a Mercedes right on time. Robert’s English is excellent and we had a nice conversation about Spain on the hour and half trip to Segovia. Upon arrival Robert took us to a beautiful spot where we could take a memorable photo backed by an amazing view of the Alcazar. Next, we met our local guide, Teressa at the base of the famous aqueduct in Segovia. Teressa is a wonderful guide who lives in the Segovia area and speaks excellent English. She walked us through the town including the Cathedral showing us major points of interest ending with a visit to the amazing Alcazar. We felt very comfortable with her as our guide and she was excellent at helping us understand Spanish history and the role these buildings in it. We strongly recommend Teressa as a guide to Segovia. Robert made reservations at the most famous restaurant in Segovia, the Meson de Candido. We had a wonderful lunch in this famous old building overlooking the main plaza and aqueduct. Robert picked us up on time and gave us a comfortable ride back to our Madrid hotel arriving at 1640pm. I would strongly recommended Robert as a chauffeur and English guide.

Great tours with Tours, Travel & More
We just finished 3 tours with Tours, Travel & More - Oslo, Bergen in Norway and Helsinki, Finland. Anna, Magada and Pascal were excellent, as were the drivers. Very knowledgeable, friendly and accomodating. We used TT & More in Spain and Italy ( 6 tours) and all guides were great.

          Informative, delightful
We were happy with our driver Eduardo, and likewise our tour guide lady (I forget her name, maybe Alba?) Eduardo arrived on time and prepared the documentation needed for the police in Castilla y Leon. He also accommodated a quick pit stop on the way. Our lady guide in Salamanca, (she was blonde and fashionable), was full of delightful information and anecdotes of the city and the university. She also had good recommendations of where to eat and shop and where the toilets are. All in all, we were delighted.

          A-1+++ Tour & guide
Angels is a enthusiastic, knowledgeable, interesting and professional. She made all of Gaudi's incredible stops come to live. The driver was professional and helpful. They picked us up at our hotel, skipped the line at LaSagrada, placed us right at the entrance to Park Guiel and then gave us a tour of Gaudi's other houses. The entire trip was fabulous, cannot recommend it highly enough. It was obvious that Angels loved her job---she made it fun and interesting.

Afternoon walking tour with Sergio, Corpo Santo Hotel
The afternoon walking tour focused on historical places - 1st and 2nd bookstores, historical buildings that cannot be changed, historical shops, and a historical skywalk, among other things. Sergio was very knowledgeable, told us information about each historical building and answered questions, He was patient, and made sure we all stayed together and everyone was present. The timing was just right so we did not get tired walking. The tour took place in another section of town from the morning tour so again I became more comfortable with walking around in that section of town, how it connected to the area of the morning tour, and how to get back to the hotel on my own. The hotel was very nice and clean, modern, and well kept. the staff really looked out for you, and if you looked lost they would ask if you needed help. There were snacks available at all times, and there was usually a pleasant surprise sent up to your room in the middle of the afternoon. The concierge were very helpful with restaurants, and when I missed another walking tour in a different section of the town because of a glitch in that company's email system, Miguel helped me get a refund. I loved the breakfast -- I knew it would not be a buffer, and I liked the idea of staying in one place and getting the service. I found the wait staff very attentive and quick to get you anything you needed. Overall, I had a wonderful stay at the Corpo Santo Hotel, and would definitely stay again if I should visit Lisbon.

Tour Travel and More provided a great tour in Germany
There were 3 of us (3 generations) ages 9-71. Made arrangements with Tour Travel & More for private transportation from Frankfurt, Germany to Sinsheim, Germany with a tour of Rothenberg od Der Tauber on the way. It was a wonderful tour. Our guide Joachim was very knowledgeable, professional and personable. It was like traveling with a friend. Sebastian, our driver, was very polite and competent. Umbrellas and water were available. Vehicle was clean and had more than adequate room for us. Joachim gave us lots of info throughout the tour/day but not too much. He recommended a local restaurant in Rothenberg for our lunch and it was wonderful too. He also accompanied my grandson up in a tower to launch the paper airplane my grandson made during lunch. The tour kept us moving but did not feel rushed. I would not hesitate to use this company again.

Consuegra windmills and Toledo tour from Madrid and back
My wife and I loved the day tour with Tour Travel and More. We were picked up from our hotel in Madrid by our very competent and pleasant driver, Ruben, in a very comfortable electric Mercedes van. We first went to visit the scenic Consuegra windmills which are known from the adventures of Don Quixote. Then we went to the magical, medieval city of Toledo. We enjoyed a wonderful lunch and then our private tour guide, Luis, met us to begin a walking tour of many city sites. He was great! His knowledge of the history, cultures, physical geography, and shopping is perfect. What a great day. I highly recommend all the above experiences.

Virginia, our guide, was fantastic. Her knowledge and presentation were first class. We came away with a real feeling of the history of the Alhambra and Granada, told in an informative, sympathetic and at times amusing way. First class!

The guide, Fatima, guided us and showed us the Alhambra wonderfully. Very well documented visit that the group appreciated. His knowledge is extraordinary and he transmits it with such passion that you feel transported back to that time. I will certainly advise that company and Fátima so that they can enjoy the Alhambra. Thank you Fatima.
