Research Security
Research supported in any form including research supported by any extramural sponsor—domestic or foreign—must be conducted in accordance with US laws and NYU policies around conflict of commitment, conflict of interest, foreign engagement, research data management, intellectual property, foreign travel and export controls.
Our goal is to inform NYU faculty of these requirements and to support NYU's scholarly activity in the U.S. and abroad.

Joint Committee on Research Environment
Launched in May 2019, the Joint Committee on Research Environments (JCORE) brings together the NSTC Committee on Science and the Committee on S&T Enterprise to coordinate interagency work related to improving the safety, integrity, and productivity of research settings.
