The NYU IT User Satisfaction Survey is an anonymous survey designed to gather valuable feedback from NYU community members who use NYU IT services. Your feedback helps NYU IT improve to better support you and NYU's mission.

This Survey is open and available for all members of the NYU community to submit feedback anytime. It is designed to be easy to take, so although we welcome all feedback, only the first question is required. If you decide to answer the other questions, the Survey will still only take a couple of minutes to complete.

Why is NYU IT asking you to take this Survey?

The NYU IT User Satisfaction Survey plays a pivotal role in NYU IT’s ongoing commitment to continuous improvement and the assurance of a positive user experience. The Survey primarily aims to assess user satisfaction by posing a fundamental question: "How likely would you be to recommend NYU IT to a colleague or friend?" This rating is commonly used and known in many industries as a Net Promoter Score (NPS). 

What will NYU IT do with your feedback?

This Survey is a valuable tool for gaining insights into the overall satisfaction levels of NYU IT’s users and serves as a stepping stone for action through targeted initiatives to address identified issues and enhance user satisfaction. The collected data guides NYU IT’s decision-making process, helping to identify strengths and areas requiring improvement.
