What We Do
The Office of Global Inclusion, Diversity, and Strategic Innovation is charged with leading NYU’s efforts to foster diversity, equity, and inclusion across the University’s global network. Global Inclusion sits within the Office of the President and reflects the president’s and provost’s commitment to creating a culture that promotes inclusive systematic practices for all constituencies. We work closely with students, faculty, administrators, and staff to help make every aspect of NYU more equitable—including admissions, hiring, education and development, curriculum innovation, and mentorship.

Mentoring
Mentoring plays a critical role in the personal and professional development of NYU students and faculty. We're proud to offer a number of mentoring initiatives for historically underrepresented students and faculty of color across the University community.
