Last week, Team Popeyes went back to our roots, New Orleans, for the 2024 Popeyes Convention, which marked an important step in our second year of our Easy to Love Plan. We did big things in 2023, like launching our wings platform, sharing our first Super Bowl commercial, and introducing Easy to Run kitchens to the system to name a few. After an inspiring and energizing week, I'm confident that Team Popeyes will go all in to make Popeyes even easier to love in 2024 and beyond!

Fix the POS system. Adjust coupons. Adjust the prices for the tenders. Three tenders is 12.99 a combo is 14.00.Also stop labeling cooks as managers. Hire a manager for financial planning and inventory. And a kitchen manager. There's only one GM and manager at our location. She can't do everything. We have a supervisor. But he's literally just there to tatle tell.

It reminds me when we were hired by CIBC to reinvent Popeyes after the brankcrupcy of Al Copeland. Their offices were in New Orleans and reflected many of the local culture as part of the design. It was a great transformation project and proud that Popeyes has become such a powerful brand…and back to its roots.
