In the months since I stepped into my new role, I continue to be inspired by and grateful for the spirit, commitment and generosity of our team of teams around the world. Yesterday I was one of the nearly 5,000 L’Oréalians in France for the 15th edition of #CitizenDay, L'Oréal Groupe’s signature annual citizenship and community engagement initiative since 2010. ✨ ✨ This year over 30,000 L’Oréal colleagues across 70 countries will mobilize to support 700+ non-profit organizations by humbly volunteering their time and passion for one day. By working together with local partners all year long, and constantly listening to and learning from them, we can help build a more inclusive and sustainable future. A special shoutout to the Humanity Diaspo ONG Rana HAMRA Unis-Cite Thomas Gardner-Roberts Manuel POMAR Kanalien Association Cédric VERGEZ for including me in their missions yesterday and the positive impact their organizations drive every day! And bravo to the dream team for organizing the missions! Charlotte de TILLY, Erwan NOEL Ruis Mendes Yonaël ASSARD Inès Héritier and Tamara Deek. Let's carry this spirit of solidarity and acts of citizenship forward, every day, and continue to #CreateTheBeautyThatMovesTheWorld. #WeAreAllCitizens #WeAreLoreal Nicolas HIERONIMUS Barbara Lavernos Blanca Juti Emmanuel Goulin Jean Claude Le Grand Fabrice Megarbane Omar Hajeri Alexis Perakis-Valat Myriam Cohen-Welgryn Cyril CHAPUY Antoine Vanlaeys Asmita Dubey Christophe Babule

Yesterday, at the historic United Nations Water Conference, I had the honor of attending the high-level launch of the Business Leaders’ Open Call for Accelerating Action on #Water. An initiative of the United Nations Global Compact, the #UNGC CEO Water Mandate, Pacific Institute, Alliance for Water Stewardship (AWS), Ceres, Inc., International Chamber of Commerce, and AquaFed, and part of the broader 2030 strategy of the Water Resilience Coalition, the Open Call aims to accelerate #WaterAction to drive resilience and progress towards #sdg6. My team and I are looking forward to participating at the United Nations Water Conference this week - the first of its kind in almost 50 years. Water is at the core of #sustainabledevelopment, and together we can mobilize innovation and global action for water resilience and security. Through the 100+ Accelerator, we are partnering with #entrepreneurs to pilot and scale breakthrough solutions to some of the world’s most pressing challenges on a range of sustainability topics, including #water. Tomorrow, tune in to hear from Maisie Devine Sherman, the architect & founder of 100+ Accelerator, and the #founders of Waterplan (YC S21), Aquacycl, Emrgy Inc., Ichthion Limited, and KETOS, some of our Cohort 4 startups, to learn about how they're pursuing purposeful #innovation. Register here to join the webinar at 1p ET tomorrow: https://lnkd.in/gysYdUnX
