Hello Steve your in charge of a fine Company.I worked at Walmart in the early 80tys When Walmart wasn't as large as it's is now. Things have changed alot. I live near the Walmart in Nixa Missouri. It's a pretty well kept store. There's a little older lady there they have picking groceries and pushing around one of those grocerie cart the cart weights more then her. She seems to be about 80ty years old or close to it. My heart breaks every time I see her.She should be at home in a garden planting thing's. I know you have nothing to do with it. But there should be a more suitable area she could work could work in. Maybe be you should drop in sometime . Let know one know your coming. Just to surprise everyone.That would keep everyone on there toes. And to keep an element of surprise.
work for walmart you better run now. walmart careless about its employees. Its about Rep and how much store makes. All they care about. No Vacations , No holiday pay , PPTO and PTO take forever to rank up to use for vacation. like they make you feel like crap and slave to the company.
Oh wow that’s awesome. You take care of your associates. Too bad you don’t do that for your customers. I was looking for a item that was pick up only, after talking to three associates in three different stores( online said you had them) so I called customer service the guy said they will ship the item from the warehouse to the store. I explain to him I don’t wanna buy it online and then you guys say we don’t have it and have to wait 10 days to get my money back. Well guess what happen. next day I called customer service in India who tried to help with a $25 promo code. So I go back to the store pick a different item. go to the register promo code only works online over $45 and I can only buy through a third-party. Which cost three times more online than in the store so that $25 doesn’t mean anything. so I called back of course. I had to explaine to “George from India”how this makes no sense this is not reimbursing me for anything and I have to pay more than I would in the store. Then the manager lied to me and tells me he put $20 on my account. Next day I call it’s not even in the records that we talk.so I talked to another manager. He said there’s nothing he can do take it or leave it. This is the short Version

So I’ve been wrongfully deactivated after thousands of shops and deliveries with a five star rating and currently 4.9 and it’s been upheld when it was for a reason of an RX delivery which we don’t do in Ohio. Now I receive two emails my car insurance will expire in 3 days and now another one saying 24 hours. You have internal spark people selling our accounts who also spark drive themselves. You’re ruining my family life. You’re ruining my income when I’ve provided outstanding customer service to every one of your customers but you don’t care. Instead you post this. Your team is ruining lives. Address my issue please. It’s illegal what has occurred to me.

2moWell. They still up held my deactivation again as a five star shopper/driver claiming I delivered an opened prescription exposing the customer’s information when I live and work in Ohio and we don’t deliver prescriptions. Over two months and still no pre arbitration conference. This is UNLAWFUL.
