If you did not know, on this, my 1st social network, I feel empowered to speak my piece. I do not use foul language (occasionally I skirt the boundaries), I do not talk about stuff I am not fluent in, I do not lie (occasionally I skirt the boundaries as permitted by God - see the book of Proverbs), I have been through the wringer both ways, twice, and I have been certified sane (by Ph.D. Psychological Therapists), twice. I definitely have a problem with tRump, Babyface Johnson, Musk, Putin, well basically with any psychopath, especially if they are a narcissistic baffoon showing symptoms of some permanent deep dark psychosis which they alone are totally oblivious too. I surprise myself at the stuff I write. But this is America in 2024, so write away. I just made a life choice long ago (@18) not to lie to you or me. Sometimes I feel so disenchanted, so steely but still all alone. Sometimes I feel emboldened, so I say what old patriots say. Sometimes I feel so defeated, hated, surpressed, weak and all alone. Sometimes I feel so meloncholic, a priori echos of a lost home. Sometimes I feel so despondent, knowing this is far beyond human control. Sometimes I feel so disappointed, none can go where my memories do go. Sometimes I hear your voice Lord, to give me belonging, to direct my soul. Sometimes I feel my anger rising, so on my knees before You I fall. Only before you my Lord Jesus will I let my tears flow. Sometimes I feel so blessed and grateful, so indebted for all you gave and give. What is it called when your entire life is manipulated by God so that I can even be here, now, to ask these questions, think these thoughts? For some reason death has missed this vessel many times - 3 bad car accidents, tornados, the oil patch, in SE Asia airport during machine gun fight, 12-rattle rattlesnake fangs stuck in the vibram heel of my boot, murderous domestic violence, an heroin addiction, so many surgeries, plus the plethora of scars, big and small earned mostly in my geologic exploits, etc. I still go where most others do not go, solo (Glacier NP coming up).

Those haunting words from my university days, "I'd rather be dead than red." For me, as true now as ever. Note, those words stand alone independent of sex, race, religion, etc. nor political affiliation, it is about 'your belief system'. Enough video has leaked that it is obvious: the herds in China are being rounded up ("for what" today just boggles the mind), and the totally dumbed-down people in Russia, so very poor but still that "motherland" pride ticket keeps paying off until today when those now dummies believe that thier galvanized steel bathtubs really are pure luxury. They aren't, you Russian people really are dirt-floor poor, and your forced ignorance is the tool Putin and his predisesors have used to enslave you for generations. Now think about America, about our constitution, our currently strugging democracy and our ability to right that boat anytime we choose. Now you will understand what I mean when I declare, boldly, If you don't like it here, then take your ignorant butt over to Russia or China - see how you like there. Else, change you path to be helpful or be silent so those of us who do love our country can move forward unhindered.

You know, this here circus has just gone from ridiculous to unbelievable, an absurdity, insane, deadly and if I were really angry enough with people and could, perfect! About 8-10 months ago I said, "Pick some other options." How about now, are we ready to entertain some other candidates now, and quickly? Or just continue to do nothing helpful next then watch our beloved America the beautiful, where (once) purple mountains majesty stood high above glouriously fruited plains, America that came oh-so-close then fell flat on our pompous God-offending faces. Do You think Jesus is laughing or crying? How about Satan? Our universe has taught me that at the core is just light or dark, black or white, positive or negative, good or evil, etc. with all the various shades and inflections between. I grew up in far SE Nebraska, lived in big-huge cities, talked face to face with people all over this world. Screw democrat, republican, skin color, religion, and all the rest of the divisive labels - we no longer have time for such childish waste. I love America means I love Americans, the people that are it's citizens and thier families. All the people! Let everything you do be done with unconditional love as the driving motive.

Taxing the rich to incomprehensibly rich (these are the jokers who don't get it, how disproportionately they live while not a thought given to the poor they caused to be poor, then homeless, then not sure yet). I give you Eilone Musk, Jeffie Bezos, etc. - tRump made the wannabe list. Even Billy Gates crumbled at the foot of his god = money. How I differ from most others is based on my proven belief structure - bluntly, that money weren't never mine in the first place, it belonged to God, my Father, who just kept giving me more to steward wisely for him (see "The Parable of the Talents' <a talent is a Roman gold piece>, {Mt. 21:33-46, Lk.9:9-19}). As a result I have never felt any attachment to that money, however much, just my responsibility to steward, or manage, my Father's money wisely (correctly, so it grows or helps someone else). As the money went down, I always said to myself, "I don't know why God wanted His money to decrease?", and if the money increased I would look and find someone who needed help (family, friends, or needy). Point is, it's not my money (or anything else I manage for Dad on this earth), it is my responsibility with a nice "Force Majure' clause. For me personally, this resulted in a rather detached perspective of that money, like watching a roller coaster - not my coaster, I'm just trapped on the crazy thing until I die. But what a stress free lifestyle. Whether the money went up, down, or sideways made very little difference to me, because Father guaranteed me, by His own Son's life, that my needs would always be met by Him long as I walked in Jesus' light - forever (keep your eye on the prize and actively do not let yourself be distracted). Plus, I have no part of someone, anyone, else's sins (like stealing God's money, which has happened 3 times during my addiction years, once involving over $2 million). I don't have a problem with this and I do not hate nor carry grudges. I learned that I was just a little boy, a totally innocent defenseless little blue eyed baby, an approximately 3 1/2 year old toddler, when my father threw me across the bedroom at grandparents house in Englewood, CO., then forced my pants down, dragged me across his lap, and beat my naked butt over and over and over with that 1 inch brown leather belt he used while I cried, "Daddy, no!", "Daddy please stop!", "Why daddy, why?" ... All because I didn't knowing what a monkey wrench was. I was an innocent baby, a VICTIM. David (me) in no way will ever have to answer, not to Jesus Christ, not to any person, for Alex's sins, nor for any foolish thief's sins, nor for any other persons sins. I will have to answer for my sins, or else try to undo the harm the best I can before it becomes "Too Late". Mostly I ponder how Jesus will judge those who have read God's "Ten Commandments" even once [Exodus 20, 1-17; Moses, the Pharoah - you know?], then gave Jesus the finger and did exactly what they wanted to do anyways. The Taliban's "bad hijab" rule - are you morons for real? If I am understanding this 'law' correctly, and I am, basically we have a bunch of lazy lacidasial deaf and DUMB men with an overwhelming lack of self-awareness (forget 'self-discipline' which to these guys is obviously a baffling and indecipherable concept) who have way too much 'unstructured' time on thier hands. To makeup for thier lack of self-discipline these guys make it the woman's fault. So "cover yourself up girl (completely, head to toe, 'cept for your eyes, babe) until I (occasionally) tell you otherwise (babe). "Soylent Green" The very best SciFi movie ever made. Why? - Great Acting, some hokey stuff scenes, but look how long ago it was released. - Charleton Heston (young) and Edward G. Robinson (old) plus The Rifleman, Chuck Conners; - Now, well prophetically astounding in it's accuracy (if you might be wondering "What's Next"). - Has a killer ending. I was looking at the Colorado River last week. It is as full as I have seen in 10 years. Consistent high snow pack on western slope; seeing increasing moisture; unpresedented sporadic 1-2 day flash flood events; When my mind extrapolates the trend, I would predict a complete reversal of the Lake Powell/Lake Mead situation in a great big sandy desert (think "Entrada Sandstone"). Jesus never lorded over people because that was not His mission. He wanted people to have a better life by consciously, knowing what you are doing, conforming thier lives to God's will. A Christian can not dictate others actions because you get to heaven by your own free will, a choice you make. (BTW, not making this choice post-adolecence is make a choice, the wrong choice.) Not realizing this, many think that mandating another's behavior is 'helping the cause'. It most definitely is not helping, and you dictators keep edging closer and closer to damning your own souls, which ain't the goal. You can not believe that calling yourselves SBC rep.s, then voting to dictate abortion rights is Godly? Think for a second, what would be God’s point? He could have made, and could still make, this life a dictatorship if that be His desire, even putting you all in charge. But He didn't. Instead, we were given free will and told point blank that our role is education and teaching self discipline, our goal being to demonstrate, to model our teacher's (Jesus Christ) will by our words and actions so as to share God's many blessings with the world and, frankly, to keep people out of Hell. It is a self-defeating oxymoron for Christians to dictate another's behavior. So counter-productive. David K.
