Today most youngsters have too much self esteem like never before and which is probably due to social media -They think everybody enjoys their life except him -Everyone is rich enough except him -Everyone has good looks except him -In life he only has problems except him everyone is happiest one -All are successful fellows and he's the only one who is the biggest failure -When they open social media they become tense about whole world Ex.What will Netanyahu do, What'll Putin do,How Joe Biden given response so & so😴 Due to all this once a week or month they face negative thoughts & which leads to reduced mental satisfaction for them. Brother first focus on yourself then do focus on other things😅 But all you can do is to use your ability by trying your level best and be positive at every moment in life rather than just focusing on social media I hope you find it useful
