Since Pepsi-Cola's inception in 1898 in New Bern, North Carolina our franchise bottlers have played a crucial role in our business… serving as the backbone of our brand's distribution network across North America. Since then, and as our bottling partner community has grown, one thing remains certain—their steadfast dedication ensures our beverages reach consumers far and wide. Each year, PBNA awards one of our franchise bottlers with the prestigious Donald M. Kendall Bottler of the Year Award. This recognition means that the bottler delivers outstanding results across a number of KPIs and exhibits true executional excellence. They proudly serve consumers and trade partners while making meaningful contributions where it matters most - locally. They are the very best of the best of our franchise bottler partners. This year’s finalists represent the winning bottlers from each of our North America divisions. They are: ⭐ Territorial Beverages Yellowknife in PBNA’s Canada Division ⭐ WP Beverages, Pepsi-Cola of Madison in the Central Division ⭐ LEADER DISTRIBUTION SYSTEMS, Inc. Ram Krishnan Your post enticed me to do a little Google search. I didn't know that Pepsi was first sold under the moniker Brad's Drink" by Caleb Bradham, who sold the drink at his drugstore in New Bern, North Carolina. Amazing history and longevity! Congratulations to all of the Bottler of the Year finalists! They are an important part of this enduring legacy.
