IF YOU HAVE THESE 4 SKILLS AND YOU ARE COMMITED TO MAKING THE WORLD A BETTER PLACE... THEN... COMPANIES WILL FIGHT FOR YOU 🚀 ! Businesses, companies, and organizations are looking for talent to improve the world. The most successful company will be, very soon, the one that solves the world’s problems. That company will attract investors, clients, and above all, the very best talent. What skills will make you irresistible to top companies and organizations? EMPATHY— Do you understand the needs and emotions of others? Can you step into their shoes and act accordingly? Empathy is one of the most valuable skills companies are looking for. TEAMWORK — The world is all about teams and collaborating. If you can build teams, play in teams, help teams grow, then companies need you.  ENABLING LEADERSHIP — Can you see the bigger picture and help everyone find their role? Does your vision of success prioritize supporting others to lead? Then companies need you. CHANGEMAKING — Are you someone who can envision a new way forward, enable others to act, and ensure impact for the good of all? Then you are a changemaker and companies need you! If you have these skills, include them in your LinkedIn profile, talk about them in your job interviews, and prepare examples that prove that you are strong in them. If you’re an employer, include these skills in your job requirements and ask top candidates about them. The more changemakers you have in your company, the more successful it will be. And if you want to build these skills, then #GetStarted. Ask yourself what you care about. Find compelling teams and ideas. Follow changemakers and #AshokaFellows across the world for inspiration, ideas and advice.
