El agua, el suelo y la energía que se utilizan para producir/transportar/almacenar estos alimentos que no se consumen presionan cada vez más nuestros límites planetarios. Sabemos que la humanidad está en un sobregiro ecológico, por lo que debemos cambiar nuestros patrones de consumo, pues hoy en día el planeta tarda 1 año y 5 meses para regenerar lo que consumimos. Para satisfacer nuestra necesidades, desperdicios y derroches, necesitamos 1 planeta y medio… pero solo tenemos 1, no tenemos un Planeta B!
