• Selected by Sr. Director (1 of 3 recruiters) to support the recruiting for Project Insight - company wide initiative to improve Business & Technology. Resource Management for several functions/phases of project.
• Selected by Sr. Vice President of Staffing to be the Project Lead to centralize University Relations across all brands/divisions. Led a team of 5 peers. Program rolled out to the organization to support a Graduate, Undergraduate, Internship and Rotational University Relations Program.
• Implemented Panel Interview process in the Logistics & Store Design & Construction Division. Reduced candidate interview times by 3 hours & created a more uniform selection process resulting in one day turn around time for hire/no hire decision.
• Created Competency Based Interview questions for Procurement, Real Estate, Logistics & Purchasing group.
