The Tracy Austin Red Carpet Service Award recognizes and honors an individual that distinguishes themselves by consistently providing and delivering Red Carpet Service. Honorees demonstrate the following Red Carpet Service competencies: Positivity, Empathy, Communication, Collaboration, Ownership, and Sensitivity. The award is named after and in memory of the first recipient, Tracy Austin, who served in numerous capacities at the University for over 20 years before retiring in 2016. Congratulations Sara!
