    I was presented with an opportunity to assume another division's real estate to open Catherines Outlets in major outlet centers nationwide. Within a timeline of 90 days my team and I had to collaborate on talent with the closing division, fill in all talent gaps, identify and recruit 2 external DM's with outlet experience, work with merchants on a reduced assortment, coordinate delivery reception on fixtures and product, work with marketing at the grass roots level as well as direct marketing…

    I was presented with an opportunity to assume another division's real estate to open Catherines Outlets in major outlet centers nationwide. We successfully opened 34 locations in one day.

    VP Ops Council brought the Vice President's of Stores across Charming Shoppes brands to meet semi annually. The objectives of the council were to present updates on each brand, discuss cross branded talent opportunities as well as cross branded initiatives that would benefit all divisions. I lead the coordination of all events including store visits as well as drove the agenda and maintained results and outcomes.
