You have 90 days notice period. Recruiter wants you to join in 60 days. You have 60 days notice period. Recruiter wants you to join in 30 days. You have 30 days notice period. Recruiter wants you to join immediately. Fun part is ... -> If you are in a position to join immediately... -> Be aware that as soon as you join... -> The same company will enforce 90 days! Needless to say... Some companies have a hiring process... -> Which involve multiple rounds of interviews... -> Multiple follow ups! -> Delayed onboarding! -> (Ghosting!)
