“Caitlin and I worked together at The Penny Hoarder and I found her to be smart, hard-working, highly organized, willing to help out when needed and always offered smart ideas and advice. She managed content and people well, was always fair and easy-to-work-with and was just plain fun to be around. She would be an asset to any organization. ”

This involved making monthly visits (and sometimes more) to see the child face to face, maintaining contact with case managers, family members, foster parents and various other interested parties, and advocating for the child's needs both inside the courtroom and outside of it. I also appeared in court to speak on behalf of the child, and filed regular reports documenting the events of…

2020 Making Democracy Work Award
League of Women Voters of the St. Petersburg Area
I was one of six people awarded the annual Making Democracy Work award, given out by the LWVSPA each year to volunteers whose efforts exemplify the mission of the League of Women Voters.
My work around voter and election protection - which included speaking to more than a dozen organizations & training and organizing hundreds of non-partisan poll monitors - was cited as the reason for my award.
