We're incredibly proud of our resident data superhero, Tom Ferrara, for winning the Outstanding Leadership Award! 💥 Tom's journey started in 2018, where he presented complex analytics concepts through the lens of basketball at a regional conference. Inspired by our culture and leadership, Tom took his passion for data visualization to the next level: Comic-Con! Since 2019, Tom's been leading panels at conventions worldwide, using characters like Spider-Man to make analytics relatable for aspiring analysts. This dedication to leadership and innovative teaching led to Tom's nomination and eventual win at the CXO 2.0 conference. Congratulations Tom!
I am deeply honored to receive the Outstanding Leadership Award in front of such a distinguished audience of leaders. Being recognized for educating and introducing audiences to analytics through the lens of Comic-Con and collectibles is truly surreal.
