As I head to the airport on my way back from #CRMC2024, here are my reflections on the key discussion topics from the past three days:

𝐂𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐫 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞: Enhancing the experience through all touchpoints, solving problems, and building a sense of community and connection.
𝐀𝐈: I can’t go without talking about AI and how it allows marketers to augment their knowledge, skills, and efficiency.
𝐂𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐬-𝐅𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐋𝐨𝐲𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐲: Brands can’t achieve loyalty in silos; it requires cross-functional collaboration from all teams and support from C-level.
