I want to share this new podcast (English) where I discuss the groundbreaking work that is being done at the Financial Oversight & Management Board for Puerto Rico and the Government of Puerto Rico through the Civil Service Reform. We discuss how we were able to transition to a skill-based approach to enable transformative change in HR processes; and how we have been able to to leverage AI using Eightfold plataform. Although this has been a difficult process, we are proud to say that Puerto Rico is now at the forefront of innovation in the public sector and setting a new standard for managing talent and reforming the civil service. Thank you to EY for partnering with us on this effort , particularly Janeth Merchan , Michael Boedewig and Brian Woods .
