We are proud to announce the launch of our initiative with Soles4Souls! We have partnered with this amazing organization to collect new and gently used shoes to donate and distribute globally. Running through Oct. 18 our company-wide goal is 500 pairs of shoes! Soles4Souls disrupts the cycle of poverty by creating sustainable jobs and providing relief through the distribution of shoes around the world. Since 2006 they have distributed more than 83 million pairs of shoes and pieces of clothing and we are so excited to play a small part in this amazing success story! Our dedication to our team doesn't stop with our staff, it extends to their families. We are proud to have awarded 5 dependents of staff members with scholarships to put towards their first year at college coming up this fall. Congrats to Lexie, Giovanny, Marissa, Justin and Sydney! We are so excited to watch you excel during the next chapter of your life!

We are getting in the Olympic spirit for our 2024 Wellness Challenge! Throughout the month of July we are encouraging our employees to track their physical activity as we collectively carry the torch from Greece to Paris. Each participant can view a map tracking progress as anything they do is converted into steps. They'll also have a chance to win virtual medals for averaging 6000, 8000, and 10,000 steps per day in addition to some great prizes! We are looking forward to seeing the torch move and watching our teams get active throughout the month!

The CSC HR leadership team took on the windy city of Chicago this week at the SHRM Annual Conference and Expo. The team broadened their HR knowledge at the educational sessions and learned about the latest HR products and services at the Expo. The conference provided a teambuilding opportunity for the group and a way to network with HR professionals from all across the U.S.

Thank you to the CSC Safety Team for all of the exciting initiatives during #NationalSafetyMonth! All of our locations got involved and are pictured here showing off their safety shirts they received. We take safety seriously all year long at CSC. Being an industry leader in safety is one of our core company values and we take the necessary steps to implement an action-oriented safety environment, continually improving our systems and standards.

June is #NationalSafetyMonth and we are continuing to highlight the great work of the CSC Safety Team! We have two programs focused on safety we are proud to offer to everyone at CSC. CanACT is a process to interact and connect with employees through observation, positive reinforcement, and coaching. Good Catch is a proactive report of an unsafe condition or unsafe act before it becomes something worse. Each month our safety team reviews the reports submitted and selects the "most impactful" entering the person who submitted into a drawing for special recognition gifts.

“A new sportsbook adjacent to Wrigley Field showcases steel’s ability to integrate into an existing structure.” - And CSC is proud to have been a part of it! The completed three-story structure has a compact 9,400 sq. ft. footprint with 279 tons of structural steel which houses the 100-year-old ballpark and adds plenty of new amenities for fans. CSC provided 16,800 square feet of 2” composite deck for the construction. This project is a grand slam! Read more about it at the link below.
