Another successful IT planning session is in the books! Every quarter, team members across our organization meet in Dallas for a quarterly IT planning summit to discuss upcoming projects and initiatives. The two-day event fosters idea generation and team building. Philip Kolterman | #BrinksHome

Congratulations to the first graduates of the #BrinksHome Technology Leadership Academy! Each quarter, our IT organization hosts a leadership book review. Team members graduate once they have participated in six book studies. The following team members have fulfilled all the requirements to graduate: Roland Cazares, Christina Macias, Jeff Greenwood, & Jaime Gootz-Diaz! “I view this book study program as one of the ways we are able to go fast,” said SVP Philip Kolterman. “Not only do team members learn from the book, but they also learn about each other. That deep understanding becomes a shorthand in team communications and creates trust. It is one of the ways we win!” Next quarter, Jeff will lead the discussion on Power by Jeffrey Pfeffer. A special thank you to Jonathan Watson and the L&D team for their help with creating the academy!

Read the final installments in SVP of Digital Transformation Philip Kolterman’s series detailing technical efforts the Brinks Home IT team focused on this quarter. These two posts highlight the migration of digital contracts and storage and the completion of a MASterMind upgrade—take a look!
The fifth project I want to highlight this quarter was a big effort. Our contracting innovation project migrated Brinks Home contracting to PandaDoc and SmartVault Corporation! I want to thank all the business and IT team members that made these efforts successful. These technology centric efforts are not the typical transformation projects that we highlight but they are absolutely critical to the success of Brinks Home.

By embracing real-time coaching, insights, and auto-summarization, Brinks Home has been able to minimize operational challenges, and even set a new standard of excellence for their industry. Here’s what Veronica Moturi, Senior VP of Customer Experience at Brinks Home, says about the paradigm shift her team experienced through Cresta.

At the beginning of each quarter, several team members across our organization meet at our headquarters in Dallas for PI planning. We asked ChatGPT to design a Brinks Home t-shirt for the event… "Create an Escher like drawing depicting the agile concepts of two pizza development teams, independent teams, self-organizing, using the concept of just barely good enough software development artifacts, with a product owner running the show." Wyatt Parkins took the pen from there and added the references to the work our IT team completed in Q2 into the image. Which is more amazing? The ChatGPT artwork, or the fact that we successfully executed all these efforts?! Philip Kolterman | #BrinksHome

Our Information Technology team had a successful Q2 completing major projects, including converting to a new customer survey program and making improvements to the sales commissions platform. Philip Kolterman, SVP of Digital Transformation, discusses key initiatives in a series of five posts. Check out his latest one:
The next project for discussion in this series is Brinks Home’s implementation of SurveyMonkey to support the measurement of NPS and Customer Satisfaction. This was a deeply integrated technical implementation inside Brinks Home, and the team did a great job dusting off the cobwebs of data pipelines and integrations to deliver a better product. #BrinksHome #SurveyMonkey #NPS #CustomerSatisfaction

At Cresta, we believe AI is not here to replace agents in the contact center, but rather to augment the human touch. Hear from Philip Kolterman, SVP of Digital Transformation and IT at Brinks Home, on how his team uses Cresta as an assistance tool to empower agents, not replace them! #callcenter #generativeai #digitaltransformation
