This is Carp River's 3rd falls here in Negaunee, Michigan. We had a very pretty blue sky day to check out a few of the local falls. You can see Amber off the the left in a blue jacket.

The Upper Klamath River boasts some of the best whitewater rafting in Oregon. The rapids are rated at class III, IV and V, depending on water levels, and experienced guides are recommended.

There are several local rafting outfitters that are permitted to run the Upper Klamath River, which flows from the lake with the same name southwest into California. The BLM office in Klamath Falls can provide more information on rafting outfitters: 541-883-6916.

Eleven miles of the river are designated as Wild and Scenic.

The Klamath River is one of only three rivers that bisect the Cascade Mountain Range, flowing from the high-desert interior through coastal rain forest to the Pacific Ocean, according to Rivers.gov.

The river flows through a beautiful and remote canyon lined with pine and oak trees, and is also well known for all sorts of outdoor pursuits, like fishing, camping, hiking and biking!

Yellowstone River below the brink of the Upper Falls, Lookout Point, Yellowstone National Park, 07 September 2017.

This photo in unedited other than the black frame I put around it to add effect to it. The sun happened to be shining just right, and I love the colors reflecting from the kids onto the water.

Honeymoon photo. Not even sure that this is really Colorado...

The old river “Morgon” crosses my city under the ground. On the right, we can see the name of the street on the surface... so funny and mysterious too.

On our walk by the river Don at Persley in Aberdeen, Scotland, where my parents live, it was a sunny day and the reflections on the water were superb and fascinating. I spotted this little whirlpool at a little dam of rocks.

We just painted our house, and now our front door is this lovely blue shade. I just love it as a backdrop to River.

Does this crystal water know it's about to join the silt-laden river?

As the river travels further west and gets closer to the ocean, it changes from green to blue.

I'm glad winter is here again. The light is better, the air is crisp and clean and the crowds are still in bed at this time of day :)

The Seaton Tramway is a 2ft 9in (838 mm) narrow gauge electric tramway which operates over part of the route of the former London & South Western Railway branch line to Seaton, Devon. The line was converted between 1969 and 1971 by Claude Lane, who had bought the line from British Rail and had successfully operated trams in Eastbourne as a visitor attraction.

The 3-mile (4.8 km) route runs through East Devon's Coly and Axe Valleys, between the coastal resort of Seaton, the small village of Colyford and the ancient town of Colyton.

Thirteen tram cars are part of the visitor attraction which sees about 80,000 visitors per year. The tram cars are half-scale (1:2) replicas of classic British tram cars from various cities.
