On Saturday the vet put Jasmijn to sleep. She was very weakened, no longer wanted to eat and drink herself. It was the best thing I could do for her.
Zaterdag heeft de dierenarts Jasmijn laten inslapen. Ze wilde niet meer zelf eten of drinken en was erg verzwakt. Dan kun je nog maar een ding voor haar doen.

I take pictures because I like it, not because I am good at it.

THANK YOU for your visit and friendship, do hope you are well, have many images to process, including some big game animals, so maybe still be a bit absent from Flickr,
God bless you all. Tomx
After 3 days of rain we decided to try and find this waterfall. Driving on single track roads for over an hour we ended in a farm yard where the farmer kindly directed us back to nearly where we started to find this waiting for us just 10 minutes walk from the roadside!!
This is taken from the top of Middle Fell looking to the head of Wastwater and the mountains beyond. This was the moment I thought I had better get down to the lakeside there could be some photo opportunities..See picture in first comment I think the sore knees were worth it
I hope everybody has a good week inspite of corona. Keep safe and follow the rules.

Shieldaig (Scottish Gaelic: Sìldeag; Old Norse: sÃld-vÃk, lit. 'herring bay') is a village in Wester Ross in the Northwest Highlands
The village was founded in 1800[3] with a view to training up seamen for war against Napoleon. After his (initial) defeat and exile to Elba, the community found itself a new role as a fishing village. The small island just offshore never had its tall pines harvested to rig warships, and has now become a nature sanctuary. WiKi
