This guy had to be commended for the effort he put forth to get this guy in position to get down, he worked so hard and deserved every bit of it. He did finally finally fly off with Turtle and all and never did see the final the final take down, but a lot more images leading up to it's final demise.

Great Grey in Algonquin Park Canada ...thanks to "Matt" for lending us Kong pictured above...a wonderful day where I had instruction in shooting better by those who know a-lot more .....learned a ton and shared post work tips " never think you cant learn more .......very exhilarating ....great stuff ........Howard

The Violet Tailed Sylph is certainly one of Ecuador's great beauties . I waited to get this image showing his beautiful tail when it was slightly separated to show just incredibly beautiful this hummingbird truly is. We could have stayed and watched him all day and were happy he gave us as much time as he did !!
