Justin Timberlake addressed fans once more after his DWI arrest in Sag Harbor, New York

The Mirrors hitmaker, 43 - who reportedly 'was freaking out and stayed up all night' while in custody - thanked the audience for sticking by him amid the controversy during his second Forget Tomorrow World Tour tour date in Chicago

'This [tour] is just something that keeps watching over me, more so on this tour than any other,' Justin began, per reports. 'And that’s that mostly all of us here in this room tonight, in this arena tonight, have grown up together. So many of you come up to me and say, "I grew up with you, man."'

He continued: 'I want each and every one of you to know I’ve grown up with you. You have been such a big and beautiful part of my life and sometimes I can’t find the words to show my gratitude that you guys just keep riding with me and riding with me.

'And from the bottom of my heart, I want you to know that until I’m somewhere off this earth, I will never forget each and every one of you,' he added. 'You made my life so special. And tonight in Chicago, you have made us feel loved.'

The former *NSYNC member had broken his silence the previous night.

'It’s been a tough week. I know I’m hard to love sometimes, but you keep loving me right back,' he told the Chicago crowd during the concert.

Justin's next concert is set for June 25 at Madison Square Garden, where he will entertain audiences for two consecutive nights.

The pop star was taken into custody and subsequently released on June 18, facing charges of driving while intoxicated in Sag Harbor, New York, following an incident the night before.

According to Sag Harbor police, he was stopped for running a stop sign and driving erratically in his 2025 BMW.

His next court appearance is scheduled for July 26, to be conducted virtually.

Justin has refuted the allegations, claiming he consumed only one drink.

Meanwhile, his red-eyed appearance at a Las Vegas concert has sparked concern in the wake of the star's recent DWI arrest.

Timberlake's eyes looked sore and tired - but his expression seemed startlingly alert - during a concert in Vegas last month.

Footage of his appearance has re-emerged in the wake of Tuesday's arrest, showing Timberlake singing and interacting with cheering fans during his The Forget Tomorrow World Tour concert in Sin City.

But what might seem like a fun celebrity moment has instead left fans distressed as eagle-eyed viewers were quick to notice the singer's bleary eyes.

Attendees standing close to the barriers were evidently shocked and taken back when they noticed his dreary looking red eyes.

As the video went viral, spectators jumped to the comment section to express concern about the musician's state.

One X user quipped: 'Jesus somebody give the mans some sunglasses.'

While another questioned: 'What's wrong with his eyes?'

One user also came to Timberlake's defense and said: 'Y'all be judging ppl and don't know what it takes to be them. Entertaining thousands of ppl for nights on end can't be easy.'

Some also 'quoted' Timberlake and wrote: 'this is going to ruin the world tour'.

One user further wondered: 'Did he blink?'

Law enforcement sources said that the Sexy Back crooner was pulled over shortly after midnight on Tuesday.

Police reportedly saw him blow past a stop sign and observed him swerving across the road.

The father-of-two failed a field sobriety test, and he was handcuffed and arrested, a police report said. At the station, he refused to take a breathalyzer test.

On Tuesday morning, Justin was seen being led across the bridge from Sag Harbor police headquarters to the village's Justice Court by police officers in exclusive pictures obtained by DailyMail.com

The musician appeared shell-shocked as he looked straight ahead and had handcuffs on. After a brief arraignment where he was banned from driving for a year in New York, he was released without bail, emerging from court wearing a baseball cap.

He was arraigned on one count of DWI, as well as running a stop sign and failing to stay in his lane.

He is next in court on July 26. There have not been any real reports of drugs being in his system.

Justin has admitted to using illicit substances numerous times over the years.
