Anyone who has collaborated with Zoey, both internally and externally, can attest to her passion, meticulous care, and tireless effort.   Anai – Sales   Anai had a stellar month of June – he demonstrated versatility, focus, thought, care, and everything it takes to be best in class. Anai operated across retained projects, interim engagements and contingent searches and showed that he had a great level of time management and knowledge to switch between each. Anai impressed us all with his ability and really proved to us what he is capable of! Fully deserving of last months Sales Star award – hoping to see this positivity continue on into the second half of the year.   Olly - MVP   Olly was enormously deserving of last month’s MVP award. He has been showing an extreme level of dedication to expand his network across the interim finance world across the space of 2024, anyone that has worked with him internally or externally will be able to see the passion, care, and effort that he has. He’s been marching from the front pioneering our interim function into different countries around Europe and has been doing it with a smile on his face the whole way through. What a day! 🏆⚽🏀 Last Friday we hosted the second event of the Corporate 5s Cup 2024 Summer Series at Shepherd's Bush. For the first time ever we ran 3 tournaments simultaneously on one day: 1. The Brand & Agency Football Cup 2. The Professional Services Football Cup 3. Netball Cup (combination of Brands, Agencies & Professional Services) What transpired was a corporate sporting fiesta! ⚽ All of the tournaments were incredibly well matched 🗣️ The chat and networking was electric ☀️ And the sun even made an appearance Firstly a huge thank you to Curve our official tournament sponsors And congratulations to all of our winners: 🏆 In the Professional Services Cup Technicorns, took home the Trophy and the £250 charity donation, under the guidance of 'gaffer' James Warren An in an incredibly tight tournament they overcame twentyAI (and player of the tournament Tical) 5-4 in the Semis before a penalty shootout victory over Brand Finance in the final 🍽️ The Professional Services Plate was also settled on penalties, with Yonder Consulting overcoming TransRe in the final, after a 3-3 draw 🏆In the Brand & Agency Cup, a strong Adylic side took home the spoils, beating two Formula E sides in the Semis and the Final. A special mention to Adam Large, who won player of the tournament after a string of impressive saves which saw his Formula E team make the final 🍽️ Contented Group took home the Brand & Agency Plate with a 3-2 win over Mongoose Sports & Entertainment in the final 🏀🏆Finally, in the netball competition...Formula E are the champions after beating Antares 8-4 in the final. A clash between two fantastic teams - Antares beat Formula E in the Group stage, before Formula E got their revenge in the final. It's a match up that we'd like to see again! Finally, thanks to Kieran Gallagher for his event and tournament management on the day. Adylic, Technicorns and Formula E join Mastercard and TrueLayer in the 2024 winner's circle. My first experience at London Tech Week was nothing short of epic last week. Chaos, but brilliant. So many incredible moments. The tech talent on show alongside the talks, insights and constant buzz of innovation and connections being made. Couple of mentions, from the very many whom I was lucky enough to make intro to: The crew from Agora need the first mention for day 1. Vanessa, Melanie and Scott - it was a riot. meeting the architect behind their tech too, Ben was an added bonus. Meeting Owen, Xavier and Katie from Cambridge Future Tech and hearing the phenomenal story of their business was a day 2 highlight. Looking forward to what could follow there as we explore Technicorns Highly insightful panel on talent challenges, including Elena from Northzone, alongside the following speech by Jennifer dissecting founders and functions, both shone on Day 3. Coupled with meeting Charlotte, and getting ready to support/partner with Capsule Ventures, taking the spotlights. We know the #retailtech space well and understand her mission. Grow London and London & Partners hosted the International Business evening on Monday night which was filled with impressive businesses waiting to break the UK. Aaron and Evren were stand out in their impressive visions for ENTX.io and iUGO respectively. Weds eve I was lucky enough to join the networking event hosted by AIXR and Agora which was phenomenal. David and Marek who founded INVIDAR and Trulience respectively made a big impact with their VR and Avatar led tech visions. Thursday evening was dedicated to #LondonTalent and resulted in getting going supporting Paul and the team at Kayana | Making Ordering and Payment’s Simple These are just a handful from a huge list of brilliant people, businesses and moments experienced. Overall, the whole team at London & Partners and Grow London were on point and Guillermo, Charlotte, Jasmine thank you three especially. To top it all off twentyAI and Technicorns took part in the Corporate 5s Cup on Friday afternoon as our #LTW sign off... and Technicorns took the trophy home! What a week 💜 #lifesshort
