According to their Decoding Employment Costs In Europe report, new research from Boundless shows that Irish workers get more take-home pay from a €60,000 salary than in two-thirds of European countries. 💸 In Lithuania, an employer will pay <2% of gross salary in statutory employer payments 💸 For France, these employer costs are 45% 💰 In Slovenia, workers are taking home just a little over 50% of their gross pay at €60k annual salary, reducing to just 34% at a salary level of €250k p.a. 💰 Workers in Bulgaria fare best on net pay, taking home between 85-90% of their gross pay Led by Dee Coakley and Emily Castles, Boundless is a global employment solution that enables companies to employ anyone, anywhere, compliantly.
