NEW DELHI: A fire erupted this morning at 5th Garstin Place in Kolkata, with six fire tenders swiftly dispatched to the scene. Meanwhile, multiple fire incidents were reported nationwide, including in Maharashtra's Thane and near Hanuman Dharam Kanta, Nilothi village in the national capital.
In Thane, a fire broke out in Arjun Tower at Gokhale Marg in the early hours of Saturday.
Fire tenders are actively working to extinguish the blaze. According to the Thane Municipal Corporation, "No injuries have been reported so far."
In Delhi, a fire started at a wooden material factory near Hanuman Dharam Kanta in Nilothi village on Friday night. A fire official stated that 28 fire tenders were engaged in the firefighting operations. Further details about the incidents are awaited.
