This demonstrates once again the outstanding capabilities of our team! 🌟 📈166% increase in capacity: We boosted process capacity from 35,000 BWPD to 100,000 BWPD, handling new well flows and surpassing the target of <25ppm OiW at overboard discharge. ✍Comprehensive study: Through a thorough offshore fluids characterization and process optimization study, we identified significant areas for improvement and pushed the capacity limits of existing equipment. 🔧Innovative techniques: Detailed testing using computational fluid dynamics, offshore field trials of hydrocyclone liners, and finite element analysis enabled us to optimize performance. 🎯Efficient solutions: Our review of existing topsides revealed unused capacity that we tapped into by retrofitting advanced internals within separators, hydrocyclone vessels, and the degasser. By avoiding the need for a bridge-linked platform or cantilever module, we provided a cost-effective solution that dramatically extended the field’s operational life and significantly increased its production capacity.
