𝗗𝗜𝗗 𝗬𝗢𝗨 𝗞𝗡𝗢𝗪❓In the Netherlands there are more CEOs called Peter than female CEOs 🤯 True story, based on several studies like Equileap's 2020 report on gender equality in the Netherlands, and the referenced Sophie van Gool book "Waarom vrouwen minder verdienen" (Why women earn less). 🙆 Studies like this even sparked the #MijnNaamIsPeter hashtag in 2022, as part of BrandedU and WOMEN INC.'s online awareness campaign on the issue. D&I quotas and KPIs can seem arbitrary and hard to enforce. 😬 But as Ard-Jan Schinkelshoek argues, examples like this shows why they might a necessity to support progress, in an area where the necessary changes may not come naturally. 💡 𝗘𝗻𝗷𝗼𝘆𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗿 𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗽? 👀 Been missing your monthly dose of Florentine van Lingen and Paul Butler's HR tea?
