TOC 8: Summit Invitational is an international tournament joined by 16 CN players and 16 international (non-CN) players. The event will be held from May 28 to 31 with a 200,000 CNY prize pool.

Group Stage May 28 - 29
- 32 players compete in 4 lobbies of 5 Games.
- Top 4 from each lobby advance to the Semifinals.
Semifinals: May 30
- 16 players compete in 2 lobbies of 5 Games.
- Top 4 from each lobby advance to the Finals.
Finals: May 31
- Checkmate 20 Format - The first player to hit 20 points AND then secure a first-place finish will be the Champion!
  - Maximum 8 Games: If there's no match point eligible player winning Game 8, the Champion will be declared based on the score.

¹ ego illusions experienced a power outage at Game 3. He was requested by admins to surrender at Game 3. Since he was unable to compete in the Game 4 as well, starting from Game 4, the lobby carried on with 7 players.
