- TOC 3: NetCafe Wanyoo Circuit is a part of TOC 3 (CN TFT Dragonlands Circuit) organized by Riot Games and Tencent.
- A total of 4 players will be rewarded with spots in Regional LCQ and Regional Finals.
Explanation[edit]
- Cooperated Internet Cafes will run their own tournaments. This circuit is opened to everyone, no ranked elo limit.
- North, South and East are the 3 main regions covering most cities in China.
- NetCafe League expands more small cities and towns in China.
- Winner of each Netcafe Finals will advance to the Regional Finals.
- 2nd of each Netcafe Finals will advance to the Regional Finals.
