Linking to articles on NYT.com

You can link to articles on nytimes.com because all Stanford users can create a free account with NYT.com.

NYT.com does not have permalinks in the same way that traditional databases do. The link in your URL bar *should* work for students, they will just need to log into nytimes.com with their Stanford nytimes.com account to gain access.

Find New York Times Content in Traditional Databases

If you'd rather use a traditional persistent link, you can use:

• New York Times US editions & NYT.com content in ProQuest from 1857-present.
• Use this link to also search NYT magazine, book reviews, and the international edition (coverage for this extra content ranges from 1990s-present)
