We can't solve problems from the same level of consciousness and thinking we used when we created them. That is why this past week the Impact Hub Network gathered, like every year, but this time in Sesimbra Potrugal to integrate, recalibrate, innovate and thrive. 140 makers from 93 Impact Hubs joined forces during 5 days to once again ratify what is clear: We are in the transition team finding a way to healthily scale our impact on people and the planet. Our Network already collectively represents an economy of €55M and 320,000+ lives impacted directly by our work. This gathering is a convergence of minds, hearts, and guts and we brought our learnings and perspectives from Croatia and the energy of the amazing community of impact entrepreneurs we meet and have the honour to support contributing in this collective effort.

The last step of ZALET, our entrepreneurial program for micro-enterprises supported this time by Innovation Norway, took us to the woods, literally. We designed a short but powerful retreat to help the 2024 cohort to connect with their purpose, in a journey of reflection and inner discovery. Because a better future starts with better businesses from entrepreneurs that expand their awareness and connect with themselves.
