🌍 Urban Sensing Lab: Meet Den Haag Walking Tour Recap!🌍 Yesterday, we had an amazing walking tour in the Voorburg neighborhood in The Hague as part of our Urban Sensing Lab project. Led by the wonderful Caro, an active citizen who cares deeply about our city, we explored different parts of the area and collected important data. 🚶♂️🚶♀️ Our group of curious citizens stopped at several interesting spots, including: - Under a bridge where trains pass overhead - On top of a highway, checking the noise pollution - In a park, surrounded by nature - Quiet streets in the neighborhood Using special sensors from the Urban Sensing Lab, we measured: - 🌬️ Air Quality - 🔊 Noise Levels - 💧 Humidity - 🌫️ Particles in the Air These measurements are important for understanding and improving our city. The data we collected will help us find areas that need improvement and create plans to make The Hague a better place to live.
