This year, we're thrilled to be supporting Helsinki Pride as a Working With Pride partner. 🌈 Just two years ago, we embarked on our global DEI development work without a clear picture of where we stood. Now, we know that 7% of our employees openly identify as LGBTQIA+. Using the insights from the survey, we built our global DEI strategy, where LGBTQIA+ inclusion is a part of our ongoing efforts. While we’ve made some strides, we still have room to improve on this continuous journey. Stay tuned for an upcoming update on our global DEI progress, where we'll make this more concrete.
