Building a strong brand is about more than “just marketing.” Brand is the image you project into the market. It is the representation of the reputation you aspire to have within the community. It’s who you are, what you sound like, look like, and how you make people feel. Therefore, it is as much about who you are to complete strangers, as it is for who you are to your past and future clients, and your past and future teammates. Spend the appropriate amount of time thinking about and developing your brand. It makes so many other parts of building the business easier when you do.
