I launched a 6 month Nursing Circles and coaching pilot project at Providence Healthcare, as they were close to completing their Leadership Program for management we had been facilitating for the past 4.5 years.
As part of the strategic plan to move the leadership to the front-line staff, I proposed this as a volunteer project, suggesting a different approach to the leadership for nurses due to the restrictions of time and funding an organization has.

My passion to provide something creative and special for our nurses and eventually other front-line staff, along with my gratitude for the past 4.5 years working with Providence Healthcare, I felt compelled to volunteer my time for an amazing cause.
