Shaping realities! We've observed a fundamental truth in our experience: the energy we focus on amplifies and shapes our realities. "What you focus on becomes your reality" shows the role of energy in this process. Our practice isn't just about shifting mental focus; it's about channeling energy towards positive outcomes and personal growth. Every thought we entertain, every emotion we nurture, carries with it a certain vibrational energy that contributes to the fabric of our reality. Through our therapeutic techniques, we guide individuals in not only redirecting their focus but also in consciously directing their energy towards desired outcomes. Think about it: What are you giving your energy to? Are you focusing on things that make you feel good, or are you putting energy into stuff that brings you down? Remember, you have the power to shape your reality by where you focus your energy. So, choose wisely and focus on things that lift you up and make your life better.

It's the ego's inherent duty to steer us away from this introspection. Yet, the moment we cease this tiresome game of hide and seek, we uncover a profound sense of liberation. You might even wonder, "What took me so long?" So, I encourage you to seek out your inner, hidden darkness and illuminate it. By simply being seen, acknowledged, and felt, the darkness loses its terror and relaxes its grip. It's only then that we can shatter the patterns that otherwise operate as an invisible algorithm in our lives. To start, here are some questions that energetically direct you towards your shadow: 1. What are my concerns? 2. What frustrates me? 3. What am I afraid of? 4. What am I most afraid others will find out about me? 5. What am I ashamed of? The answers to these questions reveal the essence of your deepest fears. Engage in this exercise with full attention, and you'll feel the energy shift in your body. The next time you sense this sensation, recognize it as your shadow. Take a deep breath and gently move through it. Thoughts validate emotion and emotion validates thought. That thing happened and your mind started to replay it. The mental replay generated some emotion that validated the thought. Now the mind will spin the story its telling about the experience to validate the emotion and create new emotions. The more emotions your mind can generate through spinning the story, the more skewed the story becomes and the more you start re-telling and spinning the story. The cycle continues until you break it. 99% of the pain you feel is not coming directly from your experience. It's coming from your mind spinning the story to validate all the emotions its creating. Manage your thinking to prevent this cycle from happening. Don't let your mind replay that story. Redirect it like you would a small child from something they shouldn't have.
